Location of the hotel is excellent. The Doumen metro station is just a stone’s throw away. The reception staff gave a very warm welcome when we checked in. We enjoyed the breakfast selection very much. Food is tasty, not too salty or oily for foreigners. A must try is the 绿茶饼. Super yummy. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good stay overall. Good value for money and friendly service. Had a problem with the blocked drains in the shower on day one but was cleaned up the next day. Liked the modern facilities like the automatic-flush toilet and automated curtains.

The location of the hotel is very good, just behind a metro exit. Across the street there's a big supermarket where we can get what we want. The room is very clean and the room size is perfect. The staff were super helpful, nice and polite. Good facilities in the hotel as well. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel!

Due to flight delays, we arrived at the front desk at 4 or 5 in the morning of the same day and were told that their system could not check in after the shift change and that we needed to wait at the front desk for them to process the application. We repeatedly requested whether we could open a room first so that we could rest first and then cooperate with the process, but were told: No. May I ask if the customer has just booked a hotel and the order can be found, but you refuse to check in the guest on the grounds of shift change and ask him to wait at the front desk in the early morning. Is this the process of your store? Then I suggest that other guests who check in in the early morning choose another place. After all, the process is the first here, and it doesn’t matter if the guest needs to rest after traveling. The order that was booked in advance was asked to be cancelled and rebooked by your staff on the grounds that the order could not be placed. The price difference was said to be refunded when checking in. When checking in, I was told that there was no note. When checking out the next day, I was told that the colleague responsible for refunding was not at work. Yes, you are too busy. I left the contact information, but no one contacted me a week after checking out. I need to call again to ask for the price difference. Who caused this operational inconvenience? If you don’t want it, you won’t refund it, right?

It's OK, the location is just behind the subway entrance! It's super convenient and not too noisy, but it's newly renovated and has a bit of smell. People who care need to open the window for ventilation when sleeping~ The staff is very nice and gave me souvenirs~ If I come again next time, I will choose this place again! If the shower 🚿 is decorated as a big spray that is stuck in the wall, it will be more hygienic and clean!

The room is very clean and the service is very good. During the whole trip to Pingtan and Fuzhou, Atour is the only place where I can feel the service. The details are very well done. Check-in may require waiting, so call in advance to communicate. The breakfast is also very rich.

I was very satisfied with the Atour hotel I booked this time. The hotel is very new and clean. The front desk also gave me earplugs and eye masks. There is a laundry room and a gym on the basement floor. It only takes an hour to wash and dry clothes, so I don't have to worry about not bringing enough clothes or having clean clothes to change. The mattress and pillows in the room are super comfortable. The mattress is not soft and has supportive memory foam. It is much more comfortable than the bedding in other hotels I have stayed in. The staff and cleaning aunt will greet you when they see you.

The experience was very good! Unlike other old Atour hotels, everything here is new. The experience store is very tasteful and the bedding is very comfortable. I want to buy an Atour pillow. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night.

There is a subway entrance downstairs of the hotel, and Yonghui Supermarket is across the road. There are time-honored Hakka cuisine, fish ball shops, and pot-side shops around. It is a ten-minute walk from the nearby hot spring park, which has complete children's entertainment facilities and is very suitable for young children to play. The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, and I am very satisfied.
