酒店在鎮上，不在萬達度假區裏面，設施什麼的比較老了，可能都是木頭的關係房間進門有一股味道，自動窗簾壞了，手動拉上，床頭燈也是一個亮一個不亮，不過其他燈開着也不是問題，隔音不好，走廊上有其他住客走過或者説話一清二楚，隔壁房間上下樓梯聲音也特別清楚就像在自己房間一樣，晚上還有水聲，前台幾個小姐姐服務還是不錯的。如果不怎麼對住宿有太高要求的這裏還算是可以的，松江河站可以接，機場也可以接送，去滑雪也有車子來回接，看好時間就可以了。酒店樓下有温泉，池子裏水還是比較乾淨的。

酒店一般般，不是萬達旗下酒店，衹是掛牌，離滑雪場很遠，因為房間地暖沒有晚上房間冷，叫了值班經理過來，這位劉濰經理態度囂張，一句不合就説住客沒素質，摔門而去，結果住了三晚也是沒地暖的房間，不過其他工作人員還是服務可以，另外房間隔音太差，半夜左鄰右舍樓上樓下各種聲音傳來。。。

王公子説的沒錯，萬達酒店確實應該好好整改一番。有些方面做的確實令人難以容忍，沒有地巾，WIFI總掉線，早歺期間超市小老闆和女接待員聊天兒，餐廳掃地不乾淨，早餐的品種比較少，午晚餐菜品不全，兩樣菜品沒有，這沒有和那沒有。酒店房間窗户漏風，早上起來窗户上結冰。房屋結構不合理，兩個單人床上方位置就是樓上洗手間，樓上住客上幾次廁所晚上都能數過來，洗手間小，淋浴間更小，我一米八身高站在裏面洗頭髮，兩臂要與淋浴間門和牆壁打架。温泉更差，衹能説是冷泉吧，向萬達投訴過，無人理睬！真心希望萬達酒店能夠認真整改。

房間很好，酒店有温泉和游泳池，孩子玩兒得很開心。經理服務熱心，前台也特別好。除了洗澡水會有時熱有時涼。

房間很大上下層小Loft 包含了温泉 泡着很舒服 房間床品不錯 睡的很香甜 唯一美中不足的是包含的早餐 希望能更好一些 品種更多一些 麪包都沒有 其他都是很棒滴
