He was kind and friendly and carefully arranged a comfortable room for me, making me feel right at home. During Christmas, he recommended the buffet dinner in the hotel to me, and it was really excellent. Moreover, he helped arrange transportation vehicles for me, which saved me a lot of trouble. He communicated with me smoothly and provided a lot of help. The hotel service was outstanding, enabling me to feel the considerate service even in a foreign country. I am really satisfied with this stay experience! The room was more spacious and brighter than expected. The bedding was white and soft. Every corner was spotlessly clean. Even the lights in the bathroom were shining brightly. People with obsessive-compulsive disorder said it was extremely comfortable! The most amazing thing is the river view! I feel healed as soon as I open the curtains in the early morning - the entire river is like a spread of blue silk, the sun is dancing on the sparkling waves, and at night I can see the lights on both sides of the river reflected like a river of stars. We are very happy about our stay at Wanda Realm Hotel in Fushun. The service is exceptional. My daughter developed rushes right after arrival. The hotel manager Mr. Wei Huang drove us to see a specialized physician, which was very helpful and beyond the ordinary service scope. We couldn’t say enough about our appreciation. Mr Huang also helped me find my sun glasses that was dropped during the move to another room.

This is an old hotel in the 1950s and 1960s, which was a place for receiving leaders in the central province. Now the facilities are relatively old, the breakfast is steamed buns and eggs, and the faces of the service staff are civil servants.
