Hotel has great view of the mountain, great if you have a car with many parking bays. Staff services was good and room has good size and clean.

富良野滑雪場性價比最高的酒店，有shuttle bus 去兩個雪場，就是從機場過去坐薰衣草巴士沒有直達的站，可以坐到富良野JR站再打的過去，酒店周邊沒什麼吃的，要吃飯可以坐晚上六點班車去城裡，純滑雪的話住這裏比較好

アプリで安く宿泊できたので安いなりと思って我慢できる程度。沢山部屋や朝食の写真はあがってるのでそれ以上の期待はしないように。そのままです。元値で泊まるとなると、古い宿ですし、温泉と言っても大きな浴槽に入るだけですし、露天風呂も家族風呂も閉鎖中でしたし、富良野ですからお風呂上がり定番の瓶牛乳くらいフロント販売とか扱ってればいいのにと思いました。朝食は全体的に味濃い。7時から朝食か7時半から朝食か選べたので7時からにしましたが、7時半から来た方達は残り物って感じでそんなに量を作ってなくて、フルーツも牛乳もなくなったら終わりって感じでコーヒーに入れるミルクも追加で持ってくる回数が少ない印象でした。早い者勝ち！って感じで子供がフルーツ食べたいのに出てこず、残念。食パンの薄さも嬉しかったし、牛乳も美味しいし、フルグラとかドーナツもあって素敵でしたが最低限！！と思って楽しめました。部屋に持ち帰れるアメニティも最低限。子供用のスリッパも置いてあるのは嬉しかった！エレベーターないので、三階まで急な1段ずつが高さのある階段。スーツケース持ち上げて運ぶには妊婦にはしんどかった。お年寄りもきついかも。トータル文句は無いです普通のありがたいホテルです。富良野というブランドに風景もゴールデンウィーク時期は期待しない方が良いです。フロントスタッフ、調理場スタッフほぼ海外の方、日本語頑張ってホテルの説明してくれる。お客様はゴールデンウィークだけど子連れも多いし、日本人の方が多い印象でした。

雖然酒店前台晚上十點後不提供服務，房間空間足夠打開兩個大型行李，而且有露天和空內風呂，又有無料停車場，是自駕遊性價比非常高之選。

浪漫感覺滿滿的酒店，外觀很有異國風情的感覺，非常適合情侶入住。酒店很舒適，房間在日本來說算是很大，酒店距離富良野市中心自駕大約5至10分鐘。酒店的溫泉設施太細，露天風呂最多只能容納二人浸浴，這是唯一缺點。另外酒店附有自助早餐，味道尚可以

酒店距離JR車站打車需要1200日元左右，從富良野車站打車不到10分鐘。有免費的公共温泉可以用，週末住人比較多就沒去。房間的設施比較老舊，唯一的亮點是前台的小姐姐英語説的很6，是我這些天碰到的所有的服務業的人員裏最好的，另外就衹有幾個旅客服務中心也有能説英語比較流利的了。房間比札幌的要大一些，能同時打開兩個箱子，但也大的有限。早飯還不錯，雖然是三星酒店但是早飯絕對比國內四星要好，感覺北海道所有的酒店早飯都有咖喱飯，愛吃的有口福了。特別要説的是不知道班車服務是什麼，問了酒店説沒有聽説這樣的服務，衹能幫你打電話叫出租車。
