Nestled in the heart of Hakata, this hotel offers a haven of convenience within easy reach of delectable dining options, vibrant attractions, and transportation hubs. As a first-time visitor to Fukuoka, I was enamored by the city's charm, and this hotel quickly became a highlight of my trip. From tantalizing late-night eats to leisurely shopping strolls and serene photo spots free from tourist throngs, Fukuoka had it all. Upon arrival, it's essential to note that there are two hotels with the same name; the one we selected, situated in Gion, stands just a few blocks from the Hakata outlet. (A friendly reminder: Opt for metered taxis over the airport counters to avoid inflated fares.) Check-in was seamless, and the hotel graciously accommodated our request to store luggage as we explored the city. Their self-service storage option, complete with a secure four-pin lock, provided peace of mind throughout our stay. The hotel boasted comprehensive amenities, surpassing those of the three other accommodations we sampled during our journey. Our room, generously sized, easily accommodated our luggage with ample space to spare. The provided onsen attire was remarkably comfortable, so much so I wore it out under my jacket for the second night! I recommend heading to the onsen in the afternoon and past midnight to avoid the crowd. Post-soak, complimentary popsicles awaited—a delightful treat indeed. Pro tip: ince their onsen is located on the 1st level of the hotel, you can store your onsen items in the locker before heading out to explore. After a long day, you can head to the onsen to "defrost" and clean up before heading up to sleep. Equipped with a smart TV, our room offered the luxury of streaming our favorite YouTube and Netflix content, adding a touch of familiarity to our evenings. Another standout feature was the live updates on onsen availability and laundry room usage—though it's worth noting that the latter incurs a fee, a minor inconvenience amidst an otherwise stellar stay. This hotel exceeded expectations, providing unparalleled comfort and unparalleled convenience. With all essentials at our doorstep, exploration was effortless, leaving us with cherished memories of our time in Fukuoka.

Small hotel and rooms are small too. But very convenient. Subway station in front of hotel, walkable to Hakata station and Canal City ver close by. Stayed 3 nights. A good variety of food for breakfast but would be nice to have something different as it’s the same every day. The public bath was nice. Also not too big. Ladies I room was a bit crowded at night time. Overall a clean and new hotel and good price.

Stayed here again when I am back, just perfect. Good location and spacious rooms. Good staff too.

Location wise is near to the Kushida Shrine Station. Walkable to a few famous tourist spots. There is a few cafe nearby too. Didn’t enjoy much service for the hotel staff. Hot bath available in the hotel. Overall everything is above average.

We stayed at Ni****etsu hotel Croom between 12-15 Dec, experience was excellent. We were worried if onsen/public bath is ready as online announcement said they will deferred until end of Dec, surprisingly they have fixed before our arrival. Staffs were welcoming. Room isn’t too big for us three, but more than enough for our stay, and we rarely use the bathroom in the room since public bath is so huge and convenient. Hotel also provides icy pops after taking the bath in level 1, my little girl love it so much. Location is very good and convenient, 2 mins from Subway station exit 4 & 6, and only 10-15 mins walk from Hakata main station. It’s also walking distance to Canal city and shopping street. At the night time from 8pm, you can easily walk to must visit Nakasu Yayai Yokocho (Food stalls). Breakfast was served at lobby level, good space for sitting and huge variety of foods to choose from. Strongly Recommend for family travellers and couples, will stay there again in my next visit.

The room is small but very new and clean. The location is amazing of only 2 min walk from nearest railway station. You can also find some small restaurant around!

10 to 15min walk to JR Hakata and 5min walk to Canel City. Simple but good buffet breakfast. Clean and bright room with fashionable decoration at the lobby. Various sizes of twin rooms but sizes are small. In short, reasonable price with good services.

Great service. Staff are really helpful. Location is great too, nearby the Kushida shrine station and a few blocks from hakata jr station.

Totally I am stisfied with this hotel.But some staff's attitude for me is very fraustrated.I did not put my children's information for reservation by accident.Then the staff looked like very angry and asked me about reason why I have not put information for kids.I felt very bad even it is not on purpose and it is free for staying kids. I am not going to stay this hotel never again. Take care.
