Located at Zoo station （subway U6 & U7, trum No.14）. Good for short stay.

Couldn’t say nothing against the room cleaning it’s good

It was okay. The room furniture was old but it was really good price.

From the airport, take the subway to this station on the way, and then take the U7/6 to get here. It is just outside the subway exit. The transportation is extremely convenient. The small bed, the old elevator and the bathroom, um... this is very German, but the price is so delicious, the beauty is unimaginable!

The front desk is very friendly and the rooms are nice

房間在另一棟樓層。相對來説還算可以，暖氣充足。房間還算可以接受。

儘量避開，前台女的不是很客氣。

飯店的地點非常好，從Zoo地鐵站坐一站地鐵然後轉火車S9就可以直接到達法蘭克福機場或是其他城市，非常方便。飯店雖然沒有任何設施，但櫃檯的人員很友善，就算是較為老舊的飯店，也不會覺得很不安全，價錢非常便宜，非常適合早出晚歸的旅客。

受付の男性二人は、とてもフレンドリーでした。 この時期、ドイツでは大規模なストライキが行われていましたが、飛行場への交通手段などの相談にも快くのってもらえました。 設備としては、最低限のアメニティがあり、お部屋もシンプルなものでした。 エレベーターが故障しており、部屋に入るときは荷物を持って上がってもらえましたが、チェックアウト時は自分で持っておりました。私は2階だったのでよかったですが、３階とかなら重い荷物を持って降りるのはかなり大変だったろうと思います。

트램역 바로 앞에 위치해 접근성이 뛰어나다. 따로 요청하지 않아도 방청소와 수건교체가 이루어졌다. 이용하지는 않았지만 바로 앞에 대형병원이 있다는 점도 오래 살 수 있을것이란 기대를 가질 수 있다. 가격대비 훌륭한 조건의 숙박이었으며 발코니가 있다는 점 역시 마음에 들었다.

Good size room perfect for a single traveler, room was clean and in good condition. Tram line passes right by that goes to the city center, very convenient.

Highly recommend this hotel. For the price, comfort, and cleanliness, you can NOT go wrong!! It is in a great location with restaurants nearby. The main shopping area for Frankfurt is only a short 10-minute walk. The zoo is across the street.

The location and price were excellent. It’s hard to rate anything else as amazing, mostly because of the service. Our shower drain was plugged, and we reported it to the desk and were told someone would look at it the next day. Nothing happened. Also, the housekeeping staff regularly leave a lot of their equipment sitting on the stairs of the main stairwell in and out of the building, which is not just annoying, but also a safety hazard.

The hotel was located in nice area and transport was convenient, walking distance from attractions. However the bed sheets and towels were not clean, I asked them to change them. TV was not working. Cleaners were helpful.
