The room is really old and some items are not functional.
1. Toilet door is not able to close properly and the door is too light hence is always slamming shut
2. Aircon is too noisy
3. Clothes cabinet are also not soft close type hence is always slamming shut
4. Small things like the desk pen is not even working. The spring inside is missing hence there is no way to write anything
5. The beside side power sockets are at the wrong side of the bed … the sockets are located not on the bedside table … but at the other side where there is no table to put your items to charge
6. Toilet bowl is very dirty which you can see from my uploaded picture
Overall this hotel condition is super overpriced .. if not for the proximity to the airport .
For those savvy travellers there are much better hotels at cheaper rates than Sheraton at Kelsterbach area …

The high score for location is because we had an early morning flight the next day. Instead of getting up at 3am in the morning and relying on the seldom-on-time train in Germany, we chose to stay ar Sheraton.
The room was Ok. However, the shower surprised us with cold water. It was -1 outside. Based on the advice of the receptionist, we turned on all taps and shower. It took us at least 10 mins to get lukewarm water and then another few minutes to get hot water. Then after 20 mins, the water became gradually cold again.

Well renovated hotel, just at Frankfurt airport so superb convenient. Breakfast is amazing varieties and quality with very helpful staff.

Perfect location for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. Hotel connected by covered passageway to the airport and the airport train station. Spacious rooms, express check-out, recommend.

Hotel is connected to airport. You don’t need to step out of airport building at all. It was ideal for us since we were travelling from tropical country to winter season Germany. We didn’t need to take out our winter clothes at all. Breakfast was great with wide varieties of choices. Note that this hotel is huge. We got room which was far away from the lift lobby. That’s the only downside for us.

Room was outdated and we had to call reception for missing amenities like towels, toilet paper. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room was not at all cosy and very crowded. Location suburb for airport! Price range expensive for what you get!
