Good location, it looks like they are renovating and should improve the rooms that are a little outdated. It has a leisure area with a hot pool, very good for families. And the cost was good.

Close to the airport and scenic spots, good facilities

Very good accommodation, just one detail about the toilet flushing which sometimes caused problems and the door to our couple's room which was damaged, other than that it was great

O quarto em que ficamos, alem de cheiro de mofo, as roupas de cama e toalhas estavam com aparência de velhas, amareladas! As roupas de cama aparentavam até não terem sido trocadas! O hotel é antigo e está passando por reformas e talvez já tenha ou melhore as condições das instalações! Porém as roupas de cama e toalhas não dependem de reforma e poderiam melhorar nesse aspecto! O café da manhã nos agradou muito, com muita variedade e qualidade! A localização do hotel também é perfeita! O restaurante também nos atendeu muito bem!

This hotel is in a great location not far from the Brazilian arport at Iguazu. It provides ease of access to the Brazilian walk at the falls plus access to the Argentinian side where the boat trips at Iguazu are available. The hotel offers a great breakfast and it has a wonderful outdoor pool with plenty of seating and a cocktail bar - ideal after a visit to the falls. The only downside is the room in which we stayed was very small but I believe the rooms were undergoing refurbishment.

Its main highlight is a cool area for kids, with games, trampoline, etc. it also has a playground outside, next to the pool. Rooms are very basic and with poor maintenance. A/C did not work. TV remote controls did not work well. One of the rooms was dirty, with broken glass on the floor. Breakfast and meals are acceptable. Pool seemed nice but was too cold when we went. Average service. Not going back.

This is a very family friendly and traveler friendly hotel. The staff was excellent and helpful in all aspects and with all requests. The rooms were very simple and clean. Just do not expect frills.

Excellent beds, excellent pillows, very nice room, excellent swimming pools, including a heated one. Note: I would like to thank the waiter SANDRO for the spectacular service, a spectacular human being with unique service. We will definitely stay here again. Very good hotel, in an easy location, great pools, not to mention the heated pool, which is great for any time of year. I would like to express my gratitude to the recreation girls for their activities with our little ones.

The excellent and attentive children's recreation team is the best part of the hotel, the food is also good, the pool is very clean, the maids are neat, the hotel has a well-organized green area, the pool bar staff are very polite

We stayed for 8 days and everything was perfect. Staff ALL very polite and helpful. Samuel at the restaurant is always very kind and attentive. Mr. The staff at the pool bar are very helpful and proactive, doing their best to meet guests' needs. The recreation staff (Cacau, Nubia and Alex) are super friendly and dedicated to entertaining children and adults. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the air, on the third day it started making noise. We recorded it and sent it to reception, when we returned to the room they had already tidied up. Smelling, fragrant and soft bedding. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful shower! Great pool space and extended opening hours. We could go on tours and enjoy the pools until 10 pm. Super complete breakfast and everything delicious. Hotel close to the falls, bird park. The restaurant food was very tasty, but for a change we went to the Catuai Palladium shopping mall, which is about 5 minutes away!
