We arrived at our hotel and pretty quickly found bed bugs in the room we were staying in. The receptionist then argued with me that it’s impossible. I ended up convincing him to check the room to prove the issue. Then he refused to give me a refund at first.

Lights didn’t work right. Jets in jacuzzi tub didn’t work. No working ice machine Floors were clean

The property was under renovation so it looked like when they were finished it would be a clean environment. The staff were somewhat friendly.

I didn't have tv service the television was not working i call the front desk an the problem never got fixed the next morning still was not working i ask the front desk can i get some kinda discount are a comp. He said he had to talk to manager i would like some kind of response soon i being staying there All month long never had a problem like this before

Some maintenance issues but overall clean and good value. The best part is my special request of foam pillows (feather allergies) was fulfilled. Usually when staying at a hotel I will request ahead of time, but still have to ask again, but not here, which I appreciate a lot. Staff very pleasant during my 3-day stay.
