The Hotel was amazing, the front desk was very helpful and incredibly professional. I would 10/10 stay with them again. I enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to go back.

The hotel is being renovated, and the soft furnishings of the rooms look very new. The sound insulation is relatively poor, and the crying of children and the voices of people in the corridor can be heard clearly. There will be a sudden sound of equipment running in the room, and I don't know what it is. affect sleep.
The bathroom wasn't cleaned and there were hairs and whatnot.
Across the street is the Water Garden, which is convenient for sightseeing. It is also close to the train station. Great location.

The recent renovations have made this hotel feel brand new! The staff at checkin set things off on the right foot with a quick and flawless checkin. The lobby is beautiful and airy. I was upgraded to a large bedroom suite that was simply amazing. The decorations and furnishings in the room were impeccable. The living room had a large sectional and nice wet bar area and the bedroom was also large with an extremely comfortable bed. There were two pullout sofas, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The bathroom was a decent size and impeccably clean. The rooms are also virtually soundproof which is a huge positive. All in all this Sheraton knocked it out of the park with their recent renovations. The updates were modern yet classic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ft. Worth.

This hotels remodel is wonderful and great service all around! Positive: Rooms, service, lounge, cleanliness, location Opportunity: Parking cost for valet during non-events especially - this alone actually will cause us to stay here less. When occupancy is low and you are forced to valet and pay a fortune is a deal breaker. We love this location but again the parking is inconvenient when you go in and out often and is priced very high unnecessarily.

This was a truly spectacular hotel and the staff for so amenable! Especially Hayley Welling who made my proposal to my girlfriend that much special and had coordinated the final touches for me in record breaking time!! The room was well laid out with ample space. I can not recommend them highly enough and most definitely I will be back due to their high end service. If you’re in Fort Worth they are a must to check out. Dr P D

Samantha at front desk was the best. Nick the bartender was awesome. Everyone was really great! Rooms were clean and comfy. The bar area was nice and nice that you gave Starbucks. And I hate that you require 200 words. This deters reviews. Reconsider your requirement.
Response from Property: 555raquela, we’re delighted you loved your experience at Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel. It’s wonderful to hear positive feedback about Samantha and Nick. Comfort and a refreshing bar experience are what we strive for, and it’s great to know you appreciated these aspects. Your feedback about the word requirement is noted, and we hope it doesn't deter you from sharing your thoughts in the future. Looking forward to welcoming you again!

Our trip got canceled due to weather circumstances. Night audit Jonathan has been amazing and understanding and was able to help us maneuver the challenge. It's very rare to meet people like him who are so compassionate! A true GEM!!! THANK YOU JONATHAN

Do not stay at this hotel. You will be held prisoner for an extra hour upon checkout because it will take at least that long to get your car from Valet parking. Walked out the front door on a Sunday morning and it looked like a concert was happening under the drive thru with all of the people waiting for their cars. Disorganized, cars misplaced, no sense of urgency, even with an angry mob waiting to leave. Anyone who had a flight to catch likely missed it. I’ll never make the mistake of staying here again.
Response from Property: Matt, the experience you described was certainly not what you anticipated. Valet services are meant to be timely, and it's clear expectations were not met during your visit. The situation that occurred is not typical, and the team is always aiming to streamline the process to ensure guests are not inconvenienced. Should your travels ever bring you back to Fort Worth, a more seamless experience is what the team strives to offer.

Renovations were nice but overall it was a poor experience from start to finish. Booked a king studio suite with club level access. At check in I asked about the club level and was just told where it was. Got there and our keys wouldn’t work. Went back to front desk and asked and the employee asked me why I thought i should have access. Told him that’s what we booked he said ok you must have been upgraded -but we were not - not sure why he couldn’t bother to verify that. Tried to show him my booking confirmation but he didn’t look at it. He rekeyed cards and we tried again and still didn’t work. Had to go to front desk a third time to finally get it right. Bedding and mattress were not comfortable at all. Sheet’s were super stiff and scratchy and mattress was a nightmare. Shampoo and conditioner in bathroom were empty bottles and soap was almost out as well. Housekeeping came on day one and took dirty towels and didn’t replace them at all so had to call front desk. Ordered a ceasar salad from room service and got lettuce and croutons with no dressing so had to call front desk again. Last but not least the elevators were not working well on our final night- our daughter got stuck in one and it kept dropping floors - it was terrifying. Tried using help button in elevator and no one responded. She was able to call me on her phone crying and I kept trying to get thru to front desk but no one answered there either. Finally my husband and another man were able to get her off. (His wife and daughter were stuck in the other elevator). I won’t book here again - really wanted to like this hotel because the location is good and renovations are nice but not worth it at all. Employees were nice but just didn’t seem like they knew what there were doing.
Response from Property: Jwbjrb1974, thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. It seems there were several challenges during your stay, and the situation with the elevators must have been distressing. The team always strives to assist guests effectively, and it's unfortunate this wasn't your experience. Your comments regarding the room amenities and service have been taken into consideration. Rest assured, the team will work on enhancing the guest experience.

Great for a short term stay. Staff friendly. Hotel, room, gym, bar all clean and up to par. My only complaint, at no fault of the hotel or staff is the new construction that starts at 0700 right behind the hotel. Would stay again if I was attending the conference centre for work.
Response from Property: bear1675, thank you for staying with us at Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel. It’s wonderful to hear you found the rooms, gym, and bar clean and our team members friendly. We appreciate your understanding regarding the nearby construction. We look forward to welcoming you back for future conferences.

I booked the hotel through Hotwire, as I've done dozens of times before. This is the first time that they "couldn't find" my reservation, even after I showed the lady at the counter the hotel confirmation number. I had to call Hotwire customer service and their agent had to call the hotel until eventually they found my reservation. Still another check-in lady spent 10 minutes typing before it was processed. Otherwise, the hotel seems fine.
Response from Property: MaxwellNj, It is concerning to hear about the challenges encountered during check-in. It is important to have a seamless experience, and it is regrettable that this was not the case for you. Your feedback will be taken into account. We’re glad that you found the rest of the hotel satisfactory and hope your future stays are more enjoyable.

We stayed here for six nights and loved it! It was 10 min from TCU and only 20 min to Globe Life field. Very quick access to the freeway. The room was very nice and everyone that worked there was so friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.
Response from Property: Danda, Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel is thrilled to hear about your fantastic six-night stay! The convenient location and friendly team members certainly make for a great experience. We're delighted that you enjoyed the room and found everything to your liking. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit!

Even though we live in Arlington, we spent two nights here for a wedding of the daughter of some good friends. I go by this hotel several times a month but had never been inside. It's a beautiful property that's well maintained. It does suck that the parking garage is valet only and it's $48/day. I think that is ridiculous. They also have a surface lot that you can use for $25/day. I'd be upset about that too (this is Fort Worth, not LA or DC) except after we got home, I realized that they hadn't charged me for the parking. Not sure whether it was intentional or a mistake but I'm not going to question it. Our room was great. We were in the South Tower. We didn't see any signs of construction in the hotel so I'm assuming it's completed. Very freshly updated, plenty of USB-A and USB-C ports on the height (electrically) adjustable table and by the beds. There's a fridge in the room and there was water (free) for us. Everything appeared to be very clean. The only negative I noticed was that with this beautiful room with everything being updated and in perfect working order, the towels were something out of a Motel 6. They were the roughest, most "non-plush" and worn towels you can imagine. These things need to be retired to the rag bag. Really odd with as nice as everything else was. When we checked in, initially I was told there wasn't a room ready and they wanted a number to text me at when it was. I wasn't upset but just asked when they expected that to be. The young lady asked me to wait so she could ask her manager. He was busy helping someone else, so I had to wait 5-10 minutes. Again, I wasn't upset and when he did come over, he was very nice and apologetic for my wait and took $40 off our daily rate. That was quite unexpected but certainly appreciated. Currently, Commerce Street is closed for construction just north of the hotel so that actually helps with traffic but if you're going to drive north, you'll need an alternate route. We actually walked up Commerce to Sundance Square and there being no traffic was great. There is also construction just east of the hotel as A&M expands their presence in Fort Worth. So, Calhoun, which is one-way southbound is only one lane but that didn't pose any issues I would see. Just on the east side of Calhoun is where the surface lot is for the hotel. You can access it with your room key, and you'll also need that to get back inside the hotel on the east side. We also had access to the Sheraton Lounge on the 10th floor. They have coffee, expresso, canned sodas, water, juices and snacks available throughout the day. They also have a breakfast from 6:30-9:00am and happy hour (wine and beer?) and snacks in the evening. We didn't do breakfast or happy hour but went up there during the day. They have tables, chairs, sofas where you can sit and read, work or just look out the windows. I do think they need to have someone check on the area more frequently. They ran out of drinks, and it was quite a while (next day)
Response from Property: Sissomi, we're delighted to hear about your experience at the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel. We're pleased you enjoyed our well-maintained property and appreciated the amenities in your room. We hope you found our central location and shuttle service beneficial for your needs. Your feedback regarding parking charges, condition and quality of the towels and lounge area upkeep is valued. These are areas we are always seeking to improve. Similarly, as you mentioned, external construction and traffic changes are indeed outside of our control, however, we trust our guests found our location and surrounding areas still easily accessible. We're really grateful you highlighted our team members' kindness and the considerate gesture from our manager. However, we do acknowledge your initial wait at check-in. Most importantly, we are pleased that you would consider staying again, even as a local resident. We strive to make special occasions extra memorable and we hope we achieved this for your friends' wedding. Thank you again, we truly enjoyed your comprehensive review.
