I live this hotel 4nights,have very bad experience in the hotel, second day I order breakfast, a girl who seems do not like to service me, I did not know how I make her so unhappy since we never met before. Third day same, but the last morning is terrible, she did not serve me, the cooker has to come to me say hello then help me.
Check out is same. See their receipt, no hotel name and brand, is this really best hotel in Hilton?!

This is a really awesome and chic hotel. I wouldn't expect anything less from the Hilton Conrad brand. This hotel was in a prime location.with their own beachfront located across the street. It’s also a short 40 minute drive or Uber ride to Miami. I stayed at this hotel 2 days prior to a cruise that was leaving from Ft. Lauderale. The staff really knows how to treat their Hilton diamond members. Big shout out to Aryssa. She informed me that I was upgraded to a SUITE upon my arrival. Steven was on point with his delivery skills when we requested extra blankets. He was very diligent and helpful. Marcus, the bellhop, was the super savior of the trip. He gave me the correct directions to the cruise terminal. I would have missed my cruise if he was not working there that day+time. Tahlia made sure that my check out was smooth, fast and effortless. All in all, even though it was brief, it was a GREAT stay. Like I said in the title, I’m not the Terminator, but I’ll be back to stay at this hotel again on a longer stay and explore some more of the amenities.

Pros: The hotel/resort is beautiful and the customer service from valet to guest services was amazing. We booked the 3 bedroom Residence Oceanfront suite with the wrap around terrace. It was perfect for our family of young adults and was spacious enough for a few of our local South Florida fsmily members to stop by for a short visit. We had jist returned from a short cruise amd decided to end our vacation woth some relaxation on the beach. The suite was super spacious and the kitchen was well appointed with essentials for us to prepare our own family dinner in the suite for 10 persons. It was amazing. The views by day amd night were so amazing that I personally had no reason to leave the suite. We did however leave the suite for a short time to enjoy the beach, the onsite restaurants, the 6th floor pool and jacuzzi, the Japanesses restaurant as well as the green space for games. The residence was spotless and more than enough essentials were placed in the suite to accomodate us. We will definitely return for a visit. Cons: Some of the furniture in the suite show a little wear like suite tables & chairs. I do believe that suites at this price point should not shown signs of wear and tear. Lastly, this property definitely treats guest of AMEX are treated extremely well and they honored all the benefits of being an Amex member. Thanks Congrad for an azing stay and the early and late checkout. See you again soon!

I have an upcoming reservation for 3 nights at Conrad ft Lauderdale. After having 3 weeks of Hell trying to fix something with Hilton Honors I should have my resort fee at Conrad removed. I felt this was the least they can do. Some of the things that happened while calling Hilton Honors was waiting hours for them to answer phones only to have them transfer me to the wrong department! Also a worker put me on hold after waiting for someone to answer & she never came back on the phone! The list goes on & on. At the end of all this I'd asked to speak to a supervisor & she said he'll tell you the same thing! But he didn't. He actually fixed it. When I called about getting the resort fees removed for my 11/12 to 11/15 stay the person in charge at Conrad said he couldn't do it! Shame on Conrads! I've been a Hilton Honors member along time & I felt like I wasn't appreciated. This definitely will impact my future reservations with Hilton.

The positives: The beds in our suite were so comfortable. We had a great night's sleep. The view from our room was second to none. Marcus the valet was amazing. He was proactive in his service, very helpful, and did it all with a warm smile and an infectious friendliness. Takato is one of the best dining experiences of our life. This is a must-do! it is pricey but is most definitely worth it. Opportunities: For a hotel of this level, there should be more than one person doing check-in. To be fair, we did arrive early due to our flights but had to stand in line for an extended amount of time. When we got the call our room was ready, we had to stand in line again for a long period. Further, we don't know why, but the front desk person asked some people ahead of us if they had been with the Conrad before. When they said they hadn't, she gave them a detailed overview of what to expect. This was our first time, and we didn't get that on either encounter with the same Conrad employee. Thankfully, Marcus was ready to answer all of our questions and single-handedly took care of us. While waiting for our room, we tried to eat in Viola (a restaurant in their lobby). This place was COLD! Freezing. Still, we sat down but were not waited on or acknowledged in the 15 or so minutes we endured the temperature. Lastly, no place to get coffee until 7am. There is an espresso maker in the room if that suffices for you. Not our thing. Luckily, you can walk about 3-blocks down the road to a starbucks inside another hotel if you're an early riser.

Beautiful long weekend with the family. Excellent room service and my man Kevin hooked us up at the beach! ️ We had dinner at the restaurants downstairs, both of which were delicious . I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying in Fort Lauderdale beach! ️
