I booked for 2 nights but stayed for 5. Great property close to the beach and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

Property shows some age but it is very clean and quiet. Nice little restaurants near by. 5 min walk to the beach. The hotel offers beach towels.chairs and umbrella for the beach. Pool is very clean and nice. The staff was very helpful. Staff mostly speak Spanish and a little bit English. Good opportunity to learn language. Will keep this address for future stay in Fort Lauderdale. Score 8.5/10

The location is excellent and the cost was very reasonable. The apartment was spacious and clean. However, there are aspects that need considerable improvement, and I would prefer to stay at a different property in the future.

This hotel is very accommodating. I arrived wanting to check in earlier and the owner let me check in 3 hours earlier. The room was clean and in a good location. Everything is nearby, the beach and restaurants are at a walking distance.

Property present with some age but very clean.
Close to the beach (5 min walk) . Lots of bistro,bar and restaurants near by all walking distance.
Staff at the hotel very nice and helpful. Time to practice or learn some Spanish.
In general « in petit bijou » that I intend to return to on a future trip.

We had a very good experience; property was very clean, staff were exceptionally kind and patient. Access to beach, parks/Bonnet House, dining all good, and beach chairs/towels were added bonus. Neighborhood was clean and had friendly atmosphere. Parking was very convenient. We would love to return!

This is a great little place close to the beach and I would stay again. It definitely needs updating, and a little maintenance, but it's a great value for the money and the location could not be better.
