Stayed 7 days and they didn’t catered to a variety of breakfast, I don’t eat pork and the staff didn’t know what kind of meat was available. Bathroom shower was weak.

Rooms were not serviced at all, we had to go every day and ask for clean towels, beds and garbage were left, until we left. Washroom need to be taken care of, seat is not secured, bathtub with rust, these are small items, but are very important, and stay in your memory, more than the beds were not fixed, other than that staff at the desk were very helpful ,and the same at the breakfast.

Found a cocroach in the towels, poor sound isolation to next door unit I couldn’t sleep with all the noise, horrible breakfast area, booked a room with a king bed and when I got there and I was offered double bed or nothing.

The bath room was very abused, the bathtub paint was flaking of and was rusted by the drain area , also had some type of vinyl that was pealing off.
Tiles were chipped of and cracked very easily to sustain a foot injury

There were roaches in the room and i saw hair on a towel they gave to me. Breaksast is between 6 and 9 and being a mom doesnt allow me to wake that early so i miss breakfast almost every morning. When i do get breakfast its cold.

I understand that it's a low budget accommodation but at the very least I expect it to be clean. The handle was broken in the shower, there was filth/mold in the faucet handle, the body was container was not refilled, the handle on the drawer was broken, the phone was not working in the room in fact it wasn't even connected to anything, the front door was not closing properly, and the thermos of milk for complimentary coffee also had the lid broken and obviously needed replacement but even on the second day it was still there.

The elderly man that runs the office over charged me $250 because he doesnt like my sister. I was never rude to that man but he over charged me, making a dent in my debit account. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. He is rude and thinks that hotel is a kingdom and he is the queen. Corporate got a copy of all the charges and i hope his twink self gets fired. You just cant play with others finances that way. Btw breakfast is raw and the carpet in the room smelled like pee.

I was given a room that was already occupied. I entered the room and was so embarrassed and scared the guest that was inside. This is wrong on so many levels and makes it insecure for guests.
