Checked into hotel, bed skirt had vomit on it, lights didn't work, patio door screwed shut no fresh air. Room smelled like cigarettes.
4th night, requested new bedding. Housekeeping took old bedding but took 2 days to get new bedding after several requests. Day before check out called by front desk at 10:45. Asked to evacuate building as there was a man in the room next to us who was going to shoot the place with a rifle. Left room, hallway filled with cops. Unable to leave premises as our car was surrounded. No apologies or discounts given. Hotel amnemnities say that there is a bar, continental breakfast. Neither were available. breakfast was prepackaged muffins and coffee. Bar was closed for the season. Hotel needs major renovations.

Staff was awesome! Super helpful and very kind. Hot tub did not work, not enough pool towels, technical issues with reservation in system, restaurant and bar not open, no breakfast served other than mini muffins, could not use laundry facility.

Older property but at a great price. The bedding was the best! Close your eyes to the paint & I felt like I was in a 5 star resort!

The pictures are nothing like the actual hotel. It’s so run down the restaurant and bar are closed and have been for long time. I would not suggest staying here.

Such a cool trip into the past- inside pool is like a botanical garden! Apple trees outside are a delicious bonus.

Did not like anything about this. I had to come for an emergency to Fort Collins and it happen to be homecoming weekend. The cheapest room in town was the motel six which I heard was full of meth ******* and this was the next cheapest. It was old, dirty smell really bad everywhere, the desk staff was friendly but overwhelmed by the amount of people it cost me $250 for a room. The shower didn’t work. It was cold water. They advertised free breakfast. There was no free breakfast. The paint is 30 years old on the walls I was hideous.

I booked a stay and then had a family emergency come up. I tried to cancel and get a refund but they wouldn't budge for any of the stay. I understand the day of, but to not refund anything and stonewall *******? Just horrible service from a lousy, rundown hotel. I think there are so few people willing to stay at this place that they are reluctant to give any money back, regardless of circumstances. Stay anywhere else.
