The apartment is very new, so it’s clean and small. The room is the balcony. The bed is very small. The two kids think it’s crowded, let alone adults. The worst thing is that the water suddenly stopped. Fortunately, we have already taken a bath in the water world, otherwise it will be troublesome. There is no water all night and the toilet can’t be flushed. Breakfast is also very poor. The key is that I can’t eat enough. The children are not happy anymore, I hope it can be improved

設施：找到這個度假村太驚喜了
過年期間人好少，不會像御温泉那樣人擠人，
我沒有訂他們的酒店，但是他們民宿也是含有温泉門票的哦，訂了三房兩廳兩衞一家子住太舒服了，
雖然床不大可以能推在一起，我們一起是6大一小…
環境：這裏的不夜山谷太好玩了，裏面的NPC互動性很強，大人小孩都玩得很開心，開車過去晚上7點多是最熱鬧的時候，過年期間好多項目，不倒翁小姐姐那一場好浪漫哦，玩到22點去泡温泉，温泉區可以玩到晚上12點，一點也不匆忙，裏面服務也很好，毛巾時是更新，每個温泉池邊上都有服務櫃，大大小小的池水好多，還可以買雪糕吃，石屋也很多，不用搶，還貼心配了保鮮袋和密封袋給大家裝泳衣和手機
設施：他們裏面那家竹兄台很正宗的粵菜，燒雞好好吃，竹筒飯和燉湯都很棒，第一次在旅遊景點吃到這麼好吃的餐飲店，無敵咯
環境：裏面的無動力遊樂園要靠房卡去玩，次日12點退房之前一定要去玩，很大，好玩，有些項目要收費但是在接受範圍哦
唯一鬱悶的是住房漏了一個電動刮鬍刀，早上起來用了忘了收拾打回去給他們，卻説沒找到，挺納悶的

服務：前台服務也很好，辦理入住速度快
單次熹樂谷鳳凰温泉票:主要蹦着水樂園來的，好玩
單次星球無動力門票:無動力樂園增加了馬戲表演，孩子可高興了。這次感覺熹樂谷增加了好多表演，玩的不亦樂乎

服務態度非常差，不滿意房間還不能退房，這旅遊地方的酒店真是沒見過錢一樣，酒店大堂明顯就是之前售房部改的，訂這個酒店的慎重、基本沒有任何服務可言，非常失望的一次消費體驗

五一過來，購買酒店套餐很划算，包含了温泉、水上樂園和無重力樂園。無重力樂園十分大，3歲到12歲都合適，園內有超大的草坪野餐，草坪旁的小店有全套野餐套餐，不要帶任何工具和食材，微風，啤酒，燒烤，安靜，真的超休閑。而且裏面的工作人員都很好説話，國慶長假繼續過來

衞生：民宿很乾凈整潔，性價比很高。
我們訂了三間房，安排到不同的樓棟，這個對於長者家想走動一下確實不方便。
服務：來往水上世界和民宿的班車規定衹能乘坐巴士，不能坐電瓶車，等候時間很長。
