this is the most beautiful hotel! From the moment of booking to the moment of departure everything is perfect and even better! Upon arrival, we were greeted like relatives - in the shade in the fresh air they arranged a check-in, helped to connect to Wi-Fi. Told all the rules and useful information. We were escorted to the room, helped to carry our suitcases, although we did not ask. The rooms are clean, fresh, the furniture is good, the kitchen utensils are just right, there was even a toaster. 2 air conditioners - one in each room. Cleaned every 2 days. It is possible to rent beach towels (aprx 50 lire for each for the entire time of use) – big and good - very convenient! Distance to the sea is 10-12 minutes walk along quiet streets. The beach has always been deserted. I don’t remember such warm water for years. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants on the embankment at a very pleasant price by Russian standards. The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too! Good size room, equipped with all you need including a fridge and kitchen. Staff were great and very easy to communicate with despite a language barrier. Very close to the beach with surrounding suoermarket and restaurants within meters.

Just by the sea! The whole street along the beach is full of restaurants, bars and travel agencies, and day trips or sea sports can be local. Some rooms have a good sea surface, but the wall below the sea floor balcony on the 2nd floor is a bit less than ideal. The other floors are glass, and the view is beautiful! Nothing to eat for breakfast, the scenery is good!

1) My cab left me 150mt away from the hotel because it is a pedestrian shopping zone and we had DRAG our 2 suitcases on cobble stones ”like path” for 15 mins. 2) Upon arrival had to climb 20+ steps to the reception on the first floor ...Our room was 1 floor above the reception ( another 12-15 steps more climb.Thus going out 3 or 4 x a day to beach , shopping, resto, night life etc was a challenging task for a senior citizen of 70+ YES down 35 steps and back up 4 x a day. 3) After 15 hours travel time from Europe to Turkey (left home at 3.00 am , arrived hotel at 18.30).... Even after giving them my visiting card showing my status ”President of a FINANCIAL COMPANY , (they did not take into consideration )I was VERY VERY Badly /disrespectfully greeted.!! .After the check in formalities they wanted IMMEDIATE PAYMENT....I requested for some time to see the room and freshen up then come down to pay...to our surprise WITHIN 3 MINS the receptionist was knocking at my door for payment ....I said give me time to change and will come down ... FOR THEM ”NO WAY ” different staff members came knocking at my door 4 x in 12- 15 mins . I am ”genius 3 Level ” visiting/travelling to about 12-20 hotels per year on 3 or 4 retirement holiday trips per year !! Never , NEVER seen such HUNGER for money from such pathetic poorly educated cheap people. Finally I gave up because my partner asked me to so we can be at peace and call home informing we arrived... I wrote to director and put in suggestion box suggesting to check the clients on Linkedin or google b4 arrival ...but no apology was received from them....reason I WILL NOT FORGET NOR FORGIVE THEM now. 4)The room was too small for a ”deluxe DOUBLE room” . ABOUT 17sqm 2 big Bags got in the way 2 hand carries beside the bed ...difficult to get up in the night for toilet ..MY mistake I did not check SQM of room the word ”double room & DELUXE was deceiving. 5) Bathroom was small but acceptable..had no elct/shaving socket ONLY LIKE was the location . Breakfast was ”ok ” donuts and patisseries were not of ”good quality”, were always hard and not soft with butter as we like in proper cake shops in Europe. ...this was home made and hard to digest.. had first day and tried different ones for 2 or 3 days and left unfinished on plate each time. hot food had little variey but was acceptable for a cheap 3 * hotel.. Shopping was expensive better prices in Tuesday market got some items at 1/3 price tn the market and a bag at 1/4 price restaurants were DILUTING ALL COCKTAIL DRINKS WITH WATER....and priced were expensive 12-15 euros per drink. best drink beer only as most of tourists (British, Russian etc..) were doing

This is the best value hotel I have ever stayed in. Seeing such a low price and including breakfast, I can't believe it, I think there must be some major flaws. To be honest, I decided to give it a try because it was cheap. When I went to the store, I was immediately touched: the hotel turned out to be Samsung, but it actually looked much taller than the photos. The location is also convenient, just across the road from Calis Beach. Take the minibus directly to the station, the city center, as long as the hotel name is mentioned, the driver knows. Although the basic facilities of the room, but very clean and bright, there is a balcony with sea views. The breakfast buffet is generous, and most importantly, you can enjoy the incomparable sea view. The swimming pool is also large and clean. In short, it is value-for-money and admires the prices of the country.

arrived home this morning,sadly,from the most fantastic holiday to fethiye.So glad booked these apartments,were absolutely fantastic.The apartment itself was very up to date and modern, great facilities,washing machine,fridge and ceramic hob,,massive balcony,we loved for coffee and smoking,very quiet at night for sleeping,and the beds were so so comfortable,Turkish breakfast included,was great.The location was fab,once we sussed out the dolmus,only few minutes walk both ways from apartments.Apartments also fab location for eating out,100s of places nearby for food,very convienient too dolmus takes straight to a few beaches,fabulous and centrum.These apartments,also ow The Duck Pond restaurant,in Paspeteur,where we ate most nights,food was delicious,made to feel very welcome all the time,great cowd of hard working staff,and finally would like to say thank you to all the staff at Sunrise City Residence,are absolutely fantastic,especially Savas and Filiz,who were extremely helpful ,giving us advice re transport etc,and all at city sunrise,very friendly,a credit to the company,Will definately be booking again,cant wait to return from Arlene and Linda from Scotland
