Edifício antigo, falta manutenção, água do chuveiro não esquenta muito, fica só no morno, tive a infelicidade de presenciar agua suja saindo da torneira do lavatório devido a uma manutenção na rede de aquecimento de agua, que mesmo depois disso não ficou devidamente aquecida. Falta treinamento aos funcionários para melhor atendimento.

Chegamos no hotel cansados com fome e celular quase sem bateria pra fica indo de hotel em hot,como não tinha nenhum aplicativo de hospedagem perguntei os valores ela nos olho dos pé a cabeça sem contar que ai da antes de passa os valores cochichou com outro atendente antes de passar um valor sul real de 350,00 pra se hospedar.......se não estive tão cansado e sem bateria nao teria aguentado tal humilhação......so que tinha olha no Google os valores e variava de 116 q 180 os valores ai tive que baixa aplicativo de reserva d hotel na hora fazer cadastro e fazer reserva por 150 reais.... mas s do dobro d diferença do valor.

Chuveiro com poblema e a agua no 1 banho ate que morna,2 e 3banho agua fria.
Frigobar vazando agua e a prova está no pé do móvel que esta todo estofado.

Hotel com excelência na recepção ! Fica bem no centro de Florianópolis. Quarto bem limpinho e confortável . Café da manhã bem diversificado com bolos, pudins, omeletes, molho de cachorro-quente, diversidade nos pãezinhos , tudo muito saboroso !
