Unresponsive and poor manners of the lobby staff, disrespectful behavior. Dirty room, soap on the shower walls and floor. A live roach on the curtain of the room. Hairs on the towels. The bellboy was a positive aspect of our stay. He was helpful and attentive. Good Internet connection.

The most comfortable beds in all of Guatemala and finally quiet. There were ant crawling throughout the hotel and mold on the bathroom ceiling, but the staff was so friendly we nearly forgot about it.
