I made a reservation here for one night, then I extended my stay for an additional night. When I first arrived, around 7 pm, the lady who checked me in did not welcome me in, saying welcome to the hotel or how can I help you, I had to say hello first and tell her I had a reservation. I have worked at a hotel before, and I know for a fact that the employee does need to ask for the ID of the guest when checking in and she did not do that. The management might want to go over how to welcome guests into their hotel and increase how to treat a guest. When I booked the room, I booked a king and when I got checked in, she did not make sure that the type of room was correct, she really did not have any good communication skills nor customer service skills at all. After I got checked in, we went to the room and I noticed it was two queen beds, so then I went down to the desk and said I booked a king, but received a double queen room, is there a possibility that I could change to a king room as I booked, and she just said no, the hotel is at full capacity, and I said okay. She could have asked is there anything else I could do for you. The next morning, I tried to print something off from the computer in the lobby and the printer was not working, and I had to ask for help, and I was in the lobby for about 25 minutes trying to print, then we got it figured out. I also noticed in the room, that there was dirt and crumbs on the couch, when cleaning a room, you should make sure that every item in the room is clean. I did like how there was a pool indoors and breakfast was included. Overall, this hotel does need to work on their customer service and communication skills when helping guests checking in and throughout their entire stay. I would appreciate it if the management could respond to this and see what could have gone better and made this stay better for me.

I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting with family in the area. The hotel was very clean, smelled new, was modern with friendly employees. The room was large with a king bed in one room and a side area with a couch with second TV. The bed was very comfortable. My stay began on Tuesday night and ended on Saturday morning. Tuesday through Thursday nights were very pleasant and quiet. I slept great those first 3 nights. My Friday night’s slumber was interrupted until about 11 pm with kids from a soccer team running up and down the hallways, yelling and slamming doors. I spoke to the front desk twice and they did the best they could to cure the issue. I raised 4 kids of my own and taught all of them to whisper in hotels, remain quiet and softly close doors out of courtesy to other guests. I would say, many parents forget to teach this lesson. In conclusion, if you stay during the week and wish to sleep well, this is a perfect hotel. The weekend nights could however, interrupt sleep. Honestly though, the hotel is not to blame. I loved the hotel and would stay here again.

I cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel. From the front desk to the kitchen staff. They treated my family like family and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was happy, helpful, and kind!!

I had a relatively pleasant stay at this location. Compared to other Staybridge locations I have stayed at, I will say this one could use a little pick-me-up. Location is great. You are off of some backroads, which means you can make it around the area without having to get back onto the interstate. But, you are close enough to the interstate that it's also not an issue, either. I appreciated the Social Hour they offered, but variety was pretty limited. They only had chicken strips and waffles. And then some fruit, which was what I chose. I was hoping for a salad bar, as there were photos of such online. So, the lack of variety was a bit disappointing. That said, self-serve soft drinks were very welcome, and made up for the difference. Breakfast was disappointing for me personally, but YMMV. With breakfast, there was a much better variety. If you prefer a more savory breakfast, you should be good. If you prefer a more sweet breakfast, like I do, options are pretty limited. There were no donuts, danishes, muffins, cinnamon rolls. They had scones. They had make-you-own-waffles. I was interested in the oatmeal, but it was so watered down, I didn't even want to give it a try. I thought it was a nice touch that they offered free laundry, as I had a shirt I needed to freshen up. That said, after 2 hours in their dryers, my shirt was still damp as could be. I was only there for a night, so for my purposes, the room was great. It was clean and well-kept. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything you might need for meals. I will say that my toilet had some trouble flushing, but nothing that flushing twice or holding the handle down couldn't fix. I got a pretty good deal, on this stay, and I think it was worth what I paid. For a good price, I would have no issues with staying at this hotel in the future. But, I wouldn't necessarily make it my go-to, either.
