Quiet place but in the center and at the same time close to the most important trekking routes in the area. Excellent cleanliness of common areas, acceptable room cleanliness. Staff absolutely to be reviewed and cause several inconveniences due to disorganization and lack of friendliness. We requested reserved parking at the facility, they accepted our request and the evening before leaving they wrote to us to go and park at the Fiesole public car park nearby. We point out that there must have been a mistake and they blame us by saying that we requested the double bed and not the parking. The only room available was a double room at the time of booking so we did not need a special request in this regard and we had the parking request accepted. When we arrived in the afternoon they pretended nothing had happened and gave us the parking space. Second day of breakfast we had to queue to eat as they only had 7 tables out of 25 rooms. We start to eat something standing, like other guests, and the annoyed owner blames us for all arriving at the same time. Half-frozen yogurt has caused dysentery in several guests. Third day we go at the opening of breakfast time: pressure to eat quickly and they counted what we ate. Worst breakfast experience of our life, never happened before

Family-run hotel with excellent breakfast, homemade cakes. Fresh and breezy air (finally!) after the day in Florence on this hill called Fiesole. Breathtaking views! Aperitif in the various bistros in the square in the center of Fiesole, 5 minutes from the hotel. It's the 2•time I come for pleasure and work. Highly recommended

We were guests of this property at Easter 2022. The owner was very kind and available to meet our needs. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are very clean, as are the toilets. The free parking was a pleasant surprise because it allowed us to leave the car and go to Florence with bus n.7 (brace on tight because the drivers run like crazy!), thus avoiding having to find free spaces and pay the parking on public holidays! We recommend the hotel to all those who want to visit Fiesole and Florence without having to stress too much!

Structure absolutely up to expectations. My wife and I stayed there and we were very well received by the owners, who made sure to make us feel at home. We will definitely be back

Pasqua 2022 in famiglia. Il posto è bello ma la struttura, il personale e i servizi non all’altezza. Colazione poverissima e di scarsa qualità e quando si è rotta la macchina del caffè, te’ etc non avevano un piano B ( colazione al bar di sotto, buono etc). Ogni giorno bisogna telefonare in reception per avere l’acqua calda ; Frigo bar spento, imballato e senza neanche una bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo. Quando al check out abbiamo evidenziato il nostro disagio il titolare era sprezzante e in attesa solo della carta di credito. Si è pagato 700 euro per tre notti 4 persone . Per non avere i servizi basilari mi sembra onestamente esagerato. Easter 2022 the hotel is nice though the facilities and the owners absolutely not up to the costs. Breakfast is poor and if you’re lucky the cafe’ machine works … Don’t forget to call every single morning ( with your own mobile) the reception to remind you need hot water to have your daily shower… At check out the owners didn’t care about our complaints but were only waiting for our credit card. We paid eur 700 for 3 nights 4 people that, considering the lack of facilities, is inappropriate. Thank you.
