The location is good. It is suitable for enjoying the snow in winter and escaping the heat in summer. However, there is no heating in winter and it really needs to be improved. An oil bath is still too bad for the icy Nantian Lake. It is too cold to come back after playing in the snow. The indoor temperature must be higher than the outdoor. but still not enough

房間很差，沒有地暖空調，衹給了電熱器，和電熱毯，1500的套房，廚房沒有打掃，還有喝過的啤酒瓶一箱，窗簾全是灰，地上也很臟，基本沒打掃。晚上點跳閘。櫃門是壞的，拿不了拖鞋

民宿設施齊全，接待熱情周到，小區雪景唯美！因山上客觀條件原因，還特意給我們換了有水的房間！雖然半夜停電了，但有電熱毯加持完全不冷。

衞生：房間打掃比較乾淨
環境：在小區內，建議選擇樓上的房間，因為還是比較潮濕，去的時候過了高峯期，周邊沒有什麼商户了，吃飯買東西不是很方便
服務：房東很好，入住到退房都很簡易，全程微信溝通，也很及時到位，比較傾向這種自助式的辦理方式

很糟心，我是幫姐姐一家人定的，我們家住這旁邊的另一家，不是捧高踩低，衹能説沒有對比就沒有傷害。我姐姐他們也是氣得不行。到了沒人幫忙拿行李，老闆説衹有她一個人，然後最開始那間套房一樓花園雜草叢生，裏面還有排泄物，老闆還很得意的説你們不要取消了就是我馬上掛出去。後來給我們換了一個房間如圖所示，自己品。

位置還可以，在雲麓錦庭小區裏，靠南天湖大酒店旁，離湖邊走10分鐘的路程。好幾家民宿都在這小區裏，依山而建，末端的套房地勢較高，有幾十步的梯坎，有腿腳不方便的長者訂房時最好諮詢下老闆房間的情況。套房都比較寬敞，還算乾淨衞生。房間的設施基本完善，衹是比較簡單。老闆也很親和熱情的，衹是建議下套房裡多配一兩個紙蔞，另外早餐可以除了小麪外還能有稀飯饅頭的選擇，因為一家老小出來，多考慮下眾人口味。
