1. 519房間玻璃破裂，有安全隱患；
2. 519房間馬桶下水不暢；
3. 517房間大花灑到處亂噴水；
4. 517和519房間的淋浴房門關不緊，洗澡時水都流到外面的地面；
5. 前台服務人員需加強培訓。

這個酒店是新建的，整體硬件設施都非常先進，語音可以控制電視，窗簾開關燈之類的，還能可還能控制空調，一開始都沒有找到空調的開關在哪裡，問了打掃衞生的阿姨才發現原來是通過語音控制的。這一點非常的先進，挺好的，昨天也很安靜。

給4分是全部給酒店的設施分，我真心建議酒店加強客房管理服務。因為看酒店的設施，能知道酒店是想做好的。但是也許因為是在縣城，所以管理意識和服務相對缺乏。
衞生真的覺得很差，如果按衞生，我1分都不想給。地面都是粘的，而且地面有不少頭髮和腳印，稜角處都是擦地留下的拖布毛.想做好酒店，衞生很關鍵，這種衞生要求，酒店不出2年就不行了。
豐縣雖然是個縣城，但是是交通樞紐，都會是途徑落腳地，希望酒店能做好。所以多説了一些。
