Breakfast has little variety and is placed at the reception counter.
The reception staff are the ones who clean up at breakfast.
We stayed two nights and our room was not cleaned. The refrigerator in our room wasn't working (and as the light was on) we didn't notice and it ended up ruining my husband's medication.
There are no glasses or water in the room.
For a 4-star hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired...

For a B&B, it was good. However, there were no organization ofr the fact that they knew that a bigger group will arrive and need to change for a wedding and leave witin an hour... The buffet during breakfast was created at the reception, which was okay, but the fact that the coffee / juice machine was harder to find, is not a good sign. The view from the 6th Floor room was superb and on the city.

Located in the city center of Felgueiras, this hotel is a great option in the area. The space is well managed, with the option of rooms and also apartments. The apartments are good, with large rooms and kitchen. Cleanliness is very good and beds are comfortable. The location is excellent, super central and close to everything. The staff is friendly and attentive. I recommend.

We stayed in an apartment this is the second time and it's still just as good! It is very well equipped with air conditioning, kitchen, 2 televisions and 1 large terrace! The only downside was that the apartment overlooked a bar and it was noisy!
