我訂的房型標題寫“乾濕分離” ，實際入住房間是混在一起的， 不符合描述，住酒店被坑到降房型真是頭一次
辦入住時前台：這房型我們衹有幾間，在電梯附近，加錢換房嗎？
沒想到酒店衹有一條几乎一扇門寬，不到1m的走道。電梯在一頭，所有房間在走道兩邊，給的01房間那是真給電梯看門。
是的整層衹有這一間房小了一圈（逃生圖）也符合前台説衹有幾間這種房，都在電梯口的説法，但不是我預訂的房型！！或者前台故意刁難？
產生最氣人的問題：
我半夜3點被不知道什麼************砸門整醒。醒過來後還能聽到連砸十幾下的巨響
住了一晚才發現這麼垃圾，防城港真是處處坑 廣西最差體驗。

歷史最差一次住宿體驗，入住8505房間，該店家明知道這件房間頂部有集中空調機組會引起樓頂共振，產生噪音，導致無法入睡，還是進行售賣，並且沒有後續解決措施，導致我們深夜12點，在春節高峯期時間段迫不得已自行找酒店，並且對產生的損失拒絕解決。
溝通後這家店是“城市便捷”的加盟商，樓下便利店的人就是業主，態度惡劣根本不解決問題。東呈集團就是這樣管理加盟商的？這不是給自己砸招牌？

房間很乾凈，有自助洗衣烘乾，自助早餐，前台服務很熱情，很貼心，酒店靠近高鐵站出行超級方便，幾百米就到高鐵站了，房間有小度智能聲控電視空調，很方便，很先進，性價比很高，總體來説，非常好👍

在Trip上預訂這家酒店時，説入住時會升等，其實我沒有特別感覺房間比較大或是特別的，就跟當時預訂時看到的照片差不多。就這個部分我覺得Trip應該要註明會升等到什麼房型。
第一間入住的房間，煙味蠻重的，洗澡水會漏出到外面馬桶旁都是，反應了以後，服務人員馬上安排一件最近的房間給我們做更換，直接升級智慧房型，其實房間大小是一樣的，但窗簾跟燈可以藉由（小度）幫忙開關。服務人員的積極性還是有的。
