The hotel is relatively new and comfortable. I booked two twin rooms. One of them didn’t have disposable slippers, and the other one didn’t have a toothbrush without toothpaste. What I don’t understand the most is how the buffet breakfast turned into a prepared one for each person. breakfast set!

It is a brand new hotel that has only been open for a few days. The facilities and decoration are relatively advanced and modern. Parking on the ground is more convenient. The waiters should be newly hired. The service quality in the lobby needs to be improved urgently. The check-in face verification has not yet been enabled. The ID needs to be copied and kept while waiting for the procedures. During my stay, I forgot my tea cup at the front desk. I had to ask the waiter several times the next day to retrieve the cup. The water feature in the lobby is not completed, and workers are still rectifying some of the problems exposed during the decoration. The external backyard environment is still under construction, and the front desk informed that it is still in trial operation. The decoration is quite heavy, especially in the lobby. Breakfast is provided in portions, and the food is served slowly. If there is not enough, you can ask for more, but it feels like opening a blind box. There are very few guests staying that day, and the check-in experience is not good. The price/performance ratio of this high-end hotel is a bit poor, and it is not recommended at this stage. .

The service was good. As we were afraid of the cold, the floor attendant sent an electric heater, which was very warm. like!

I brought my family to stay because I was participating in a marathon. Although it was possible to cool down, it was a pity that the air conditioner in the room could not be controlled independently, which made the whole room extremely hot and the whole family's faces turned red. Children can't sleep well, and adults can't sleep well either. It is hoped that the hotel can flexibly adjust in the future and make improvements in a timely manner according to the specific situation. In line with the concept of not forgetting the original intention, we will strive to make guests feel at home.

I will book it again next time I go to Fangchenggang. It’s pretty good in every aspect.
