From the attentive service to the delicious food and the great view from the modern saunas, this hotel leaves nothing to be desired. A special thank you goes out to us for the thoughtfulness on the occasion of our wedding anniversary. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Our favorite hotel for the Salzkammergut! We had everything our hearts and our spoiled tastes could desire, including the most family-friendly welcome in a magnificent hotel that really has it all, including the kitchen. It's simple. THE STOP for the many lakes and hiking opportunities!

Behind the inconspicuous reception is a top hotel that impresses with upscale, regional cuisine and excellent service! The sauna landscape, which is harmoniously integrated into the forest slope behind the house, is THE highlight! You feel like you are in a 5-star hotel.

During our summer tour of Austria, my wife and I stayed here for 5 nights on a half board basis. We had chosen this hotel both for its features and reviews, and for its central position in the so-called Salzkammergut (in short: the area between Salzburg and Styria characterized by numerous lakes). Very good choice. If you are looking for a place to go out in the evening, meet people, go to the shops, we immediately tell you to forget it. If, however, you favor the countryside, the woods, the quiet and the good life, think about it because it could be for you! The Hotel (rather new and corresponding to the photos published) is on a very quiet road, practically free of traffic. Our room was not very large but still well equipped, functional, with a comfortable bed and a large terrace overlooking the forest. Lulled by the birdsong, early in the morning we also spotted a couple of deer and some fawns from the room. Excellent cleaning and tidying up. The hotel is family-run in the most positive sense of the term: great attention to the guest who feels welcomed and cared for. Sometimes a smile is worth more than many other things. Even though we speak decent English and the staff speak excellent English, they always made us find the menu on the table translated into Italian. Great courtesy, much appreciated. the menu offered is very varied and although local (fortunately!) we didn't find it as heavy as in other restaurants in Austria. The desserts are excellent (really excellent). As expected, breakfast has a greater choice of savory types but the sweet section is also stocked with everything you need for an excellent start to the day. We did not try the SPA which everyone describes as very remarkable. Given where it is located we can believe it! In tourist terms the area (at least for our tastes) is simply spectacular and impeccably maintained (many countries, including ours, unfortunately have a lot to learn about how to maintain an area). Everything you want to visit is less than 30 kilometers away from the hotel and, despite being there during a peak period (end of July), we never encountered traffic or parking problems. On some roads, the only impediments may be the cows on the road... In summary: super experience!

Rooms are very tastefully decorated; owners and staff are super friendly; the food is very good - but it takes 1.5 hours each evening... (you have to like that). The terrace on the street side could be a little more shielded so that you don't notice the cars as much.
