My family and I stayed in room 214 and found the beds to so hard and very uncomfortable. My husband had to sleep most of the night in the chair. I also asked a staff member at reception where abouts was the gym and pool I was told there wasn't any, I explained it, states it online he seemed confused. I think it needs to be altered online hence one of the reasons I had booked here. Apart from these issues the hotel was clean and very tidy, and the staff members were friendly.

The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. You can rent table tennis or pool balls in the public space at a very cheap price. The reception staff is friendly and the price is reasonable. It's very convenient to be next to Skyline.

We really appreciated the fresh feel of the room compared to some of the bigger chain hotels. The room was spotless. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and helpful. We also enjoyed the extras in the lobby i.e. arcade/massage chairs. They are obviously still working on finishing touches so some of the furniture/features of the room/hotel weren't quite done however for the price it was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for two nights. Room was clean, air conditioning was very welcome. Great shower. Staff were very friendly. Didn't eat in the adjoining restaurant, as there were a few other great options just down the road (especially for breakfast - visit the Spring Cafe). The hotel took a $50NZD bond for each night we were there, which was returned upon departing after a short inspection of the room. Would happily stay here again.

Nice place, lovely receptionist but beds were horrible! Hard as a brick!! Not very sound proof as we could hear people all night. Very off putting walking in and having the owner/manager talking to a customer in an unfriendly way.

Great hotel with great price. Me and my 3.5 year old boy have stayed there for 1 night and he did want to leave😅😅. After we came home he kept asking me to go back to the hotel because he has lots fun of play the games in the lobby. Supper friendly receptionist gave my boy a few game tokens and that had made his day! Room was supper clean and the building was very new. Thanks for your lovely staff. We have absolutely loved our stay over there. Will come back again in the future.
