We fully enjoyed our stay at this gem- everything was spectacular- don’t miss out on the spa experience. Had the best pedicure ever. The food in their restaurant is excellent. Only wish it was open for lunch.

I didn't like that there were underaged teens at the Jacuzzi for hours and my husband and I were not able to get in. I am pregnant and that was super upsetting.

Met my daughter for a banquet at the facility. We enjoyed the Spa in the afternoon - it was lovely! Our room was very clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Food at the banquet was delicious as well!

Because there was no wifi in my room for three days I went to the hotel lobby with my laptop to complete my classwork. It was cold and it was late. I managed to find a desk and a chair, and with my winter jacket and hat, I sat until 11pm finishing my work. In three days this issue could not be repaired. The night manager helped me out by printing off paperwork I needed signed as the business center was closed throughout my stay. I also had to remind them not to charge me for food because I had a 15$ food voucher from ******* per day. Overall, staff seemed sp**** and aloof. I wouldn't stay here again.

Very disappointing. The heat did not work in our room at first. No one came to fix up our room. As a treat, I wanted to get room service for my kids, but when I called they “[weren’t] doing room service [that day]”. The hot water ran out. For what the Woodcliff purports itself to be, it did not live up to its claim. Next time Hampton Inn it is. The beds are comfier, it’s less expensive, and while there’s no room service, at least there’s a decent breakfast for free.
