Location is perfect for Estes. Easy to get to the river walk without having to drive. Great for the kids and pet friendly. The staff were polite and responsive. Would recommend to anyone trying to keep it simple in Estes.

Place was great! Accomodations were great! Breakfast and smores was a good perk that we didn't know about. Chad at the front dest was awesome! Only thing even remotely negative, was there was construction going on in the front/courtyard, but really didn't affect us much. Overall GREAT stay for the price!

Love the location. I would recommend staying on the third floor
I could hear people walking above me constantly and we had a small problem with the shower squealing.
You can't beat the location to all the shops, bars, and restaurants downtown.

Great little inn with friendly staff. The location was walking distance to the shops, and we loved the bubbling creek at our doorstep. My family enjoyed the hot tub and the s’mores that were provided. Our room was spacious enough for four of us. The beds were okay, my husband and I both struggled with the pillows that didn’t “deflate”. I was disappointed that renovations were in progress so it was a bit messy outside, but I guess that’s what happens when you visit during off season.

Definitely wasn’t what I expected, wasn’t look the same as picture, probably because outside was under construction, but I would stay again. It’s okay. The breakfast just bagels and cereal

Quiet , clean and warm room and polite staff. Easy to check in and out. Would stay here again . Walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
