The hotel is located in central area like 10 min walk to Ushuaia and main town u have a lot of restaurant around The cafe Magic just opposite is very good food with local price , also is 10 min walk to Bossa beach very easy to go everywhere

Second time here at the Tivoli Apartments and once again, i had a lovely stay! Great location, super close to everything that you need, beach, shops, bars, restaurants, can easily get a taxi by asking the reception and they arrive just in front! Lovely rooms and clean aswell. Also, i'd like to mention a few staff members from the establishment who have contributed to in making my stay to be a pleasant one, like the lovely ladies from the reception, Denisa and Kasia, absolute legends who have gone above and beyond with everything i needed, really appreciate you guys for doing that! Mercedes, the lady from the bar, always good to have around for a chat, lastly the cleaning ladies, doing a great job each day! Not sure when ill be back in Ibiza, but one thing is certain, Tivoli is going to be the pick.

Room quality and cleanliness was great, location is top-notch as well. The pool is a good size too and if you have a room on a higher floor facing east, you can get a partial sea view Unfortunately, the receptionist and staff were completely incompetent, and I'm still dealing with an unexpected charge. We booked a room for three people, and my fellow guest arrived earlier in the day, showed the booking confirmation, and paid the full amount on their credit card. When I arrived later, the receptionist claimed no one had checked in under our booking. It took a lot of back and forth to make them understand that my friend had already checked in and I just needed the keys. Two days after our stay, I was informed that our reservation was marked as a "no-show" because the reception didn't check us in under the original booking. As a result, my credit card was charged hundreds of dollars for a "no-show" that never happened. Mistakes happen, but it's all about how they are handled. I am still exchanging emails and phone calls with the Vibra staff, who fail to address the situation, and my card has already been charged. I strongly recommend management to better train the staff in basic procedures and English comprehension, as this is abolutely unacceptable.

Me and my brother stayed here september 2022. Nice apartments and good size for 2. Located about 5 minite walk from the sea. Supermarket and cafs withing 2 minites. Only complaint is the view from are apartment balcony was dire. Reception staff were very friendly. The breakfast was not really any good simply because,we stood in line for breakfast and theve just got 1 girl serving and cooking up eggs bacon etc.

This hotel is in a brilliant location and is nicely presented! The staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to answer any questions or queries. Our rooms were nice and overly spacious, cleaned daily and fitted with all the essentials needed if you wish to self cater. The restaurant offers a brilliant breakfast 8-11am, with fruit juices, hot drink, freshly cooked hot food, cereals, fruit, pastries plus cheeses and meats too. The pool area is nice and clean, with plenty of beds plus a live DJ Wednesday, Friday and Sunday 1 - 5pm getting you ready to hit the clubs! When checking out (11am) there is a secured storage room to store your cases as well as wash rooms offering showers with toiletries and towels. Having previously stayed at Vibra Algarb we was happily surprised how nice Tivoli was and we will definitely be back again soon…. Thanks Tivoli!!

Excellent staff—especially Ionut! The AC worked great and the breakfast was a 10/10. Both hot and cold options available. Would highly recommend to any friends/family going to visit Ibiza. The pool was excellent, just wish it was open longer.

i’ve had such a good experience, we can’t thank enough denisa and kasia they have been so helpful and attentive, defiantly book here for a fantastic holiday. Room is so lovely and clean with air con that works very well we are so happy we choose the tivoli

All excellent ! Denise take good care of us the room was nice and clean and the location is perfecto, the food is good. There are nice places to go to the beach and the view from the room is good, we will come back for sure, se you next time and thanks for the help
