Visiting 915 for Christmas with the family and we stayed here for a couple of days. The first issue, as you arrive is the way to get in to the parking lot. The way to the main entrance is a dark back road. When you park be aware that it's limited and if you have a SUV you will get hit by the car parking next to you. Our room was in 3rd floor and the room was attractive with refrigerator and 2 beds, no microwave. The second issue was seen with the shower which had a strong water stream yet the shower had half a glass only and water spilled to the getting ready area by the sink. Third, the hotel had breakfast for purchase and not as a buffet like other hotels. One night my wife and I stayed to see a football game. Issue four, the front desk clerk didn't allow us to see the game in the large area with big TV. We had to sit at the bar and view the game on a small TV as he vacuumed the area. THAT was NOT a good call and bad customer service by the clerk.. The ladies cleaning the room were friendly and most front desk clerks followed their lead. We have stayed at many Marriott and this one was weak for the reasons mentioned. I would look to stay at another hotel in El Paso.

So. Before I start with my review I’d like to mention the fact the hotel looks very nice and beautiful, the front desk was kind and professional. Although the room, dear lord. I can’t explain why I wasn’t offered a refund after that disgusting and disappointing experience. The restroom was incredibly dirty, spit, hair, blood all over. The tv was dated… can’t put on Netflix for the kiddo.. the restroom was also dated… the closet I wasn’t even able to enjoy because the door was broken. The shower head needs fixing because it comes out hard! And it hurts, the kiddo couldn’t take a normal shower. Mind you , we didn’t look at this till 8pm because we were there solely for the pool. I also asked for towels and didn’t get them till late late at night, which my husband had to open the door in boxers because we were woken up by a hard knock. The extra towels were a request upon check in—- so they knew. And they weren’t brought till 10:57pm. I asked to speak to a manager when checking out, but no manager until 3/4pm. I’m really upset and disappointed. People spend their money for a good reason and this was a slap on the face. I don’t think I’ll ever go back unless I get a refund. I am extremely disappointed. Do better.

The second time I came here, it was still very good.

The hotel's public areas and room decoration are full of Latin elements and lively. Room facilities are good, but not equipped with slippers, called the front desk and said that suites are required to have slippers. There is an outdoor swimming pool and gym on the 5th floor lobby. The only problem was that Ctrip prepaid but the hotel did not receive the payment during checkout. After contacting Ctrip customer service immediately, I agreed to repay at the hotel, and Ctrip refunded me later.

My business partner arrived the day prior to my visit and had to be “walked” to a neighboring hotel because Aloft oversold. Although it was a nicer hotel than Aloft, sometimes sticking to the planned agenda is better. I checked in the following day and was upgraded to Presidential Suite. A very nice room with great views. The shower had poor pressure and almost stopped flowing on more than one occasion in my 5min journey. There is mold and mildew in the caulking in the shower and around the windows… this room needs a deep clean. Additionally in the shower, the tile on the floor is extremely slippery and an anti-slip pad should be provided before someone gets injured and the hotel sued. Lastly, I was charged for parking when I did not have a vehicle… I was not asked at checkin, which is an annoyance when leaving as I must stop and wait in line to rectify my bill before leaving g for my business meeting… putting me at risk of being tardy. I hope this review serves Aloft El Paso downtown to strive for better experiences for its patrons.
Stay at the hotel that represents the soul of downtown El Paso. For more than 100 years, the cultural tapestry of our city has been woven in, through and around the Hotel Paso del Norte, Autograph Collection. Our hotel’s iconic stained glass ceiling has been the city’s gathering place for generations and is the perfect place for romances, celebrations, reunions, business meetings and even cattle deals. A veritable who’s who of the 20th century have passed through our doors, adding their stories to the unique blend of Mexican, Texas and Native American cultures that make this hotel a true gem of the Southwest.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, my most recent visit was an exception to the rule of excellent. We arrived to our room and a horrible smell of sewage hit us even my daughters didn't wanna go in the room. I called guest services and they had a valet switch our rooms in about 5 minutes and even upgraded us to a better room. Which I wasn't expecting but made up for that weird moment. Other than that our other stays are always pleasant and now I know if something goes wrong they'll go above and beyond to fix it! We've also visited the restaurants and they are a good place to eat and the location for us is 100% the best. Employees are also always friendly and helpful. Will recommend and continue to stay here in the future
Doubletree Hotel El Paso Downtown/City Center brings a touch of modern luxury to old El Paso. At once, it's the sleek and dynamic hub of the city's financial and professional community - a mixed bag of classic architecture - a collection of fashionable upscale stores -- and a lively mix of border-style boutiques selling everything from souvenirs to Mexican fashions and accessories. It's different. It's intriguing. And it's fun. Which is exactly why we chose to build our hotel right in the middle of downtown's most picturesque district.
Our hotel combines a swank, contemporary grand hotel with plenty of old-school snap, sizzle and service. If you need to do some business, welcome to seventh heaven -- our 7th floor that is. Here, your room key opens our Business Center, an oasis equipped with the high-tech communications tools you need to retreat, focus and get back to kicking back. Just outside the door, hit the refresh button -- a sensational, picture-window view of El Paso, and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, with a slice of New Mexico. This floor is home to our trio of posh, yet intimate 7th floor meeting rooms. To wind back down, our Fitness Center is steps away, featuring Precor-equipped exercise machines that face a stunning picture-window view of downtown El Paso.
At sunset, gravitate to our sprawling Sunset Terrace that greets you gloriously from a 7th floor portal. The feel is European and the clean, sparkling waters of our outdoor pool are deliciously inviting. Dive in, ease in, or just enjoy a bit of sun worship on the tiled terrace. The wraparound view of El Paso is stunning. And a sunset toast from our cabana-style bar sets the mood for a pleasurable night of relaxation, in your room or on the town.
Dine luxuriously at our Italian Ristorante Casanova restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just off the lobby, the M Cafe is our hideaway coffee and pastry shop.
If our sleek modernism lavished with creature comforts is ringing your bell, there's yet another compelling reason to choose our hotel....

The location is very good. It is in the center of the city. Nearby are the core values of the city-the Fine Arts Museum, the History Museum, the Cathedral, the Theater Square, and the Stadium. They are all a few hundred meters away. There are also trams for a ride. Social idlers are the main ones. The three mature steaks in the restaurant are great. The parking fee is not expensive. It would be a pity not to go to the Museum of Fine Arts.
Daily Mandatory Charge includes: Texas Recovery Fee.

My wife and I recently visited El Paso for our first time and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn El Paso/University for 3-nights, and we can't say enough about the location, the amenities, and the STAFF. Ray at the front desk was so friendly, helpful, and professional. He provided incredible restaurant recommendations and insights into El Paso's rich history, and was enthused by our interest in his city. We spoke with Ray upwards of three times a day as we explored El Paso. Randy from the hotel's restaurant was also extremely helpful, professional and a delight to speak with. We ate breakfast at the hotel and in addition to being delicious, Randy's company made it worth our while. We chose the hotel because of it's proximity to Fort Bliss and the sites we wanted to see....and we're overwhelmed by everything both the hotel and the surrounding area had to offer. We will stay here again if we ever make it back.

刘刘The hotel is very good, the lobby and the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is great and very rich, the attitude of the waiters in the lobby and the restaurant are very enthusiastic, stayed for a few days, very good value for money Recommend
JJorge DDuring my stay in the hotel, I had some inconveniences in my room due to the AC issues and the elevator sounded like it would drop when It arrived on the 4 floor but the reception lady Daniela helped us with a good attitude and was kind and she helped to enjoy my stay in the hotel thanks Daniela work's I would stay in this hotel again
Iisee47Hotel is 5mins drive from El Paso airport. No shuttle provided so uber there. Clean big room equipped with small kitchen, writing table and a single seat sofa. Lots of eateries nearby. Perfect👍
MMiguel MFirst of all, I rented a suite room, and it was on the 3rd floor. First of all, in the El Paso heat were told the elevator was broken. My wife and I went up three flights of stairs just to experience a dirty room with stains everywhere such as the carpet and sofas. It was just disgusting. After all, I just gotten knee surgery few weeks ago and the staff did not really care of where to place us. My wife and I went back down to the front desk asked if there any other rooms with king size bed, they told me no, not until we complained then all of the sudden, we were given another room on the first floor. This room was worse off and so dirty. I asked she can call the other Quinta across the street to see if they have any suite, or king size bed available she said no once again. We were not able to check out due to family emergencies and needed to stay the week. The toilet was not working. The janitorial service did not fix it for 2 days! Then, everything was broken down to the fridge! The ceiling was warped due to water damage as well as the walls not being painted due to mold. I don't know what happen in that room before us, but they should have fixed and cleaned the room before they give it to a guest. On the second day, I asked for fresh towels, and they told me I have to go to the front desk to get them. We waited 2 days for towels. Our room was never cleaned and bed was never made. The next day we are out and about again and came back to the room and same thing. I called the front desk to see what is going on with cleaning the room they told me I had to schedule a cleaning. This is the half of what happen to us on this trip. I told my wife that we will NOT stay at a Wyndham Hotel ever again. The customer service was really bad and that was including the manager Michelle and GM Krystal. VERY POOR SERVICE. If there was a Negative on here, I would give a -3. PS WE DO HAVE PICTURES BUT I WILL NOT POST THEM.
EEstelle MAwesome customer service all around. The manager and staff very understanding of our situation and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable, enjoyable and most of all affordable. House keeping doesn't bother at all. They would bring us what we needed clean towels, toilet paper, new and clean bedding with no problems
GGuest UserI was a bit nervous upon seeing the property but once we gave it a chance we definitely didn’t regret the decision. I especially enjoyed that there were tons of families out near the pool area and the staff was very helpful
GGuest UserThe hotel is under renovation, so the entire property looks bad. The room we stayed in was dirty. It looked like the beds had been made and towels placed in the room, but otherwise, no cleaning had been done. The floors were dirty, with crumbs and stains on the carpet and loose hair and dirt on the tile. The broken bar of soap on the edge of the bathtub alerted us that the tub was dirty, so we skipped taking a shower in that room. Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of stale tobacco smoke. There were loose sugar and creamer packets on top of the microwave. Outside, there was trash scattered all over. Yes, we realize that the property is being renovated, but this is not an excuse to leave trash on the ground. We stayed, but only because it was late and we did not want to risk being unable to find another room. The clerk when we checked in was polite and professional. That's the best we can say about this location.
