This chedi is really not recommended! The air conditioner in the room jumps out sometimes. The bathroom design is extremely leaky and poorly planned. The shower room is extremely small and the water pressure is very low. Taking a bath is very uncomfortable. The housekeeping is also a mess. New dental kits and cotton swabs are not placed in the room. The twin room is obviously for two people. There is only one pair of slippers and I don't know what it means. The public area of ​​the hotel is also very small. You can visit it in ten minutes. The service is not up to par. A hotel that costs almost 3,000 a night is really not worth it.

Most of them are European and American. There are very few Chinese. The interior of the room is economical and fast. The hotel creates niche services. not big. Kind of like a resort hotel. The scenery is beautiful, the beach is small, and the area is small. The total number of rooms is small. Ctrip has little influence and is not as good as overseas booking apps.

The common fault of this group is that the scenery is five-star, the interior decoration is not even three-star, and the WiFi is basically useless. The air conditioner automatically stops when the door is opened indoors... The bath water needs to be left for a long time to heat up, and the water is not flowing smoothly...

It is worthy of the quality of a well-known resort chain in Southeast Asia, almost making people forget that it is in Egypt. When you open the door, you can see the beach and the sea. The staff's sense of service is excellent, and the spa also has specially hired Indonesian technicians. El Gouna is much less crowded than the neighboring hurghada, and it is the first choice for lying in the Red Sea for a few days!

Nice hotel with good service, great food, attentive personnel. Recommended for couples, respectable guests. Downtown and kitesurfing school just 5 minutes walk. Very good gym ( equipment and yoga sala are very convenient), spa treatments are of high quality.

I had a massage with Marina and it was phenomenal. Best massage I have had! She applied the right amount of pressure and release all the tension I had in my body. Followed by a tea and cookies. The whole experience was extremly relaxing! Thank you!

Very nice and quiet resort with a very good service, the right place to plug off, enjoy and relax. A special mention to Raphaela that promptly and professionally helped us with any request, to Hamada that took care of our room in an amazing way and to Enjy welcoming us every morning with a smile. We will come back.

Amazing experience! The Chedi is very well organized and clean. Food is fresh and service by Engy and Mina was excellent. Gym has everything you’ll need. I loved the environment and would stay here again. Would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent stay at the Chedi, the staff and servers were outstanding at any point in time! We loved the spa treatment with our therapist Selma - she did an amazing job! We also loved our room with entry to the beach and the luxurious boutique character of the hotel. Guest service (Raphaela) even helped us to organize a day trip to Luxor after having checked out. We will certainly be coming back. Perfect hotel for a nice escape to the sun.

On my challenge to visit all 6 Chedi houses ( already visit 4 ), I had the chance to stay a full day/night in this Chedi and mame my impression! The pre communication was good, and the transfer with the London cab car was well organized, check inn very welcome and attentive Also, I got a late checkout by requesting my thanks to the front desk! The garden room was comfortable. I missed the typical CHEDI detailed decoration (for example, shelves were empty, etc...) and the room didn't get the cosy and warm atmosphere. I am family in other chedis in Muscat/sharjah! The facility is beautiful and nice pools i tried, pool/bar team are TOP in service and very attentive/friendly my thanks. Breakfast team attentive but need some improvement for example my espresso was after 20min forgot and need reminder or to other guest service explain the egg menue with smile and detailed but to me I got directed just to buffet . Guys handle all guests with the same service level ;) The breakfast quality is very good, and the kitchen team is top my thanks! I went also to the beach but a bit shocked how much plastic parts I saw on the beach and a wood road to the beach would also help to walk better! I refuse to try the red sea and stay in the nice main pool. With some improvement, I am sure this Chedi can also reach the " feel like home " mentality I always have in sharjah/Muscat! The last one in Andermat waiting for me and then I explore all 6 :) Regards

Excellent Hospitality, everyone was genuinely friendly and lovely… the food is great, rooms are comfortable and beautiful… breakfast is great Engy does a great job and takes very good care of everyone. Highly recommended. Great stay. Xx

Best hotel to relax in had a blast with my friends very excellent staff good food I really recommend sandbox festival to dance and lose yourself great cocktails the hotel is close to everything the beach has a nice beach really recommend staying here
