We recently stayed here for one night on our travels. The location is fantastic, right in the center of El Calafate, with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had a car during our stay, and the hotel has their own small, secure lot, right on the property which was nice. The hotel itself looks a bit dated, wooden walls, worn bathroom, carpeted floors, etc. Not sure if other rooms had this issue, but our bathroom had a slightly sewer smell that would come and go throughout the day, there was also beard hair in the sink when we arrived, which was a slight turn-off. The included breakfast buffet was decent. Lots of choices of baked goods, fruits, etc. A fun bonus was the game room. We played some table tennis, but there was also the option of playing table football and pool, as well.

Very welcoming front desk guy, enthusiastically guiding us to buy tickets for Glacier Park online (in Spanish it is a bit difficult indeed), saving us the queue time when driving into the park. Despite the power outage on the second night of the stay, it was quickly restored in about half an hour. Enjoying the lake green Argentine lake flowing down from the glacier national park and the sky in circles of strong winds in front of the window, it seems to be back to the Antarctic eight years ago...

Everything about this place is wonderful. It was the first place I visited while traveling as a backpacker. In addition to being economical, it is a space to feel, connect, and live magical experiences. The atmosphere is tremendously beautiful, it feels very calm and friendly, I found the rooms very nice, the beds were very comfortable, it is a safe place, I always loved the breakfast. The kitchen is a meeting space, and please, the people at the reception are WONDERFUL!! I hope you remember me, but for Liam, Dani, Jere, let them know that I loved them with my life and I remember them with love every day. I arrived with a full backpack and left with an even fuller heart. RECOMMENDED D I S I M O.

The hotel is very good, clean, quiet and very well located at 1 1/2 squares of the main street. They offer breakfast, though not very varied, not even offer you a Calafat marmelade that is typical of the place and they want to sell it everywhere.It does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, but if you have meat service for some excursion that to The rooms are spacious and unfit, with excellent beds, good water pressure in the shower, very clean and have a freezer. Something that disturbs a little is that heating is super strong so sometimes soffocates, more if they play a nice day, but it solves by opening a little to ventilate. Although the hotel is not in the town center, the hotel provides a shuttle bus to and from the town center every hour, and the drive is about 15 minutes, not far. The lady has a very good attitude and helps our family to arrange the itinerary. The town is not big and has a very breath of life!

Beautiful clean and modern rooms, finished to perfection! The receptionists were very helpful with everything I.e early check in, booking tours, airport taxi’s and general advice Also in a fantastic location. 15 minute walk to a Laguna and 10 minute walk into the main town. Highly recommend this place to anyone - couples, families or groups! Exactly what we needed for a few days here ☺️
