There were many small bugs in the wash basin. Other aspects are fine.

The hotel is nice ans well located. Lots of families w small children. The best part about this hotel is the staff. Max, at the front desk, was so helpful with several things. He went of his way to assist with things we needed. Also, I accidentally left my Kindle in the room and was already at the bus station. Someone from the hotel brought it to me before I left. Way above and beyond honest and helpful.

In eliat scuba diving is fabulous Hotel received more than I paid for Rooms spacious. Clean. Room service was great Food lots of selection and delicious Pool is heated in the winter

After a bad experience at Caesars in Eilat the night before, we moved to Neptune early the next day. The staff welcomed us warmly. Although the room was not completely ready, the enthusiastic front desk staff helped us check in first and informed us that they would call us when the room was ready. Although the room was not big, it was very clean. There is a large swimming pool and private beach below. Because the Red Sea beach was really bumpy, we finally chose to swim in the hotel pool. The breakfast is rich and the hotel is very close to the long-distance bus stop. Rush back to Tel Aviv before the Friday Sabbath.

It was clean and the service was great. I was able to use many auxiliary facilities, so I was able to have a good time with comfortable and friendly guidance.
