Great Hotel great service big rooms with kitchen room. The staff are very helpful

This time when I went to the United States, I had to postpone my trip by one day due to flight delays. The agent negotiated with the hotel several times whether the order could be modified to postpone it by one day, but the hotel refused. As a frequent customer of the hotel, I don't think it would be difficult for the hotel to handle this matter. The hotel was unwilling to change the order, and as a guest, I lost nearly 2,000 yuan in vain. Since I still have the opportunity to evaluate this hotel, I will naturally give it a score of 1. I hope you can consider issues from the perspective of guests in the future, instead of just coldly rejecting them.

Very satisfied with the free parking lot. It is convenient to drive to the center of New York. There is a target not far from the door. I will stay here again.

A hotel with a beautiful view. Very good breakfast and great access by bus No. 158 to NY. After a day trip to NY, you can rest peacefully in the hotel. Our family is very pleased and we will definitely come back.

My stay here was exceptional although i wasnt able to get a room that i had originally booked. The reception staff was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was great and had lots of variety which i liked. The persons that catered during breakfast was helpful and extremely nice. Overall i give this hotel a 10..... i really cant complain 😌 the room service was exceptional too. My stay was very comfortable

I love staying here when I come to NYC. The rooms have a great view of the skyline. Breakfast is great and the staff is always awesome.

This property is located on Hudson River with beautiful Jews of NYC. Easy to commute into city and other areas. Property hot water needs to be reviewed. Often times the water would be mildly warm to shower.
