Booked late in the day via our accommodation app. Couldn’t raise them on the phone despite repeated calls but they responded immediately when we used the messaging service on the app. They provided clear guidance on after hours access. Access to our room was a trifle dark. The room was recently updated with ultra-moden bathroom. Main window had a faulty crank and ill-fitting screen which prevented us from getting fresh air and forced us to use A/C when we would have preferred otherwise. No microwave but mini-fridge and kettle.

The room was fine, just disappointed that when I called, and then checked in was not at any time advised that restaurant was closed, and consequently breakfasts were not available - a continental breakfast is pretty easy for anyone to do and send to room if restaurant is closed surely?. I also asked about staying a 2nd night however that was going to be more expensive than 1st night (mid-week) even though restaurant was closed. Just a underwhelmed by the service really.

Great room, beautiful bathroom. Everything there, nothing missing. Had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant ... excellent food. Friendly staff.

Did the job for an overnight stop on a road trip. Arrived late at night, there was no reception but they directed us to where we could find the keys when I called. Clean room, well equipped with tea/coffee, fridge etc. lacked information regarding WiFi, hotel information and the sound proofing is pretty non existent we could hear everyone leaving at 6am like they were in our room

Room is so small and there is even tabke no space to sit for tea. We had to spread the perfume all over the room to block the terrible smell of the sewage from the bathroom!!!

The property needs some maintenance issues fixed ie our front door didnt close without slamming it. More glasses should be supplied for wine and water. The electric kettle was very dirty and coroded inside. We had stayed here before and it was much better. It is still ok but attention to detail and repars would improve the property.

Our stay was excellent. Very clean, quiet, comfortable. Plenty of spare items for our convenience in the drawers .

This property has new owners and one hopes they spend some money on what is becoming a tired motel - Ok as a workers camp but needs a better standard for discriminating corporate customers. The lock on my door was not working properly but fortunately another staff member was able to force the lock. A positive was that one of the owners was very helpful in this situation and was prepared to call a locksmith if necessary. She admitted that the locks need replacing. There were no face washes (expected in the price range for this property - $160 plus) and the towels were frayed. The steak I ordered in the restaurant was burnt black. Hopefully the new owners will give this property a badly-needed refurbishment. In the meantime I will be staying at other properties in Wagga Wagga. This motel is well out of town so anyone arriving by train or plane in Wagga Wagga and working in the CBD would be better to stay at a hotel in the CBD.

Disgraceful service from the Night Manager. She would rather SLEEP than let us check in. Outside, no where to stay, accommodation was PAID for prior to arrival, 8 yr old crying in the car, turned phone off after I asked how we could check in. She could not have cared less. Please don't attempt to stay here. Do NOT book, do NOT look, go straight past GO, do not collect $200, still waiting for my REFUND!
