The room was clean but that was about it. Kinda felt like the recent renovation was done cheaply and some of the fundamentals were missed. Elevator was broken. Tv didnt work. some of the electrical sockets werent working. No phone to call the desk. Guy tried to fix the tv but nothing ever happened. Wont be recommending Panorama or the approach anytime soon..

I arrived at 3:30pm after a long drive. I am still waiting for my room “to be cleaned” at 4:45pm, waiting so that I may carry all my bags up 5 flights of stairs to the room. It’s getting dark out so it should be fun to lug all this gear up to the hotel and then up another 5 flights. The service is equivalent to a hostel. I wouldn’t come back and I haven’t even seen the room yet.

This hotel is the equivalent of a basic super 8 motel. It is older. It is nicely renovated. Very comfortable for a few days on the slopes or biking. Just don't go having high expectations and you won't be disappointed- in fact, you might even be surprised!

The view was nice. The Elevator button to level 2 wasn’t working. Room was scorching hot but was provided with a fan to cool down.

There was no air conditioning in the room and it was very hot in Panorama. The room didn't have a fridge which comes standard in all hotel rooms now.

Overall decent stay, and i would recommend. Keep in mind that it is an extremely basic stay marketed as a luxurious resort. The room lacked allot of really basic amenities (minimal furniture, no mini fridge, no housekeeping, no air conditioning, etc). I also wish they had disclosed that the pool was closed prior to our booking.

We were there for a family reunion and had a good time. Found the wine was horribly overpriced. I understand they need to make a profit but to sell wine worth 20.00 in the store for 85.00 is a little over the top . The dinner food and breakfast were good. Not all the pools were open.

The 4th floor did not have access to ice machine, no a/c or mini fridge, no signage for ice machine, screen door on balcony did not work, loud party music
