Hotel is good but the location is not very good. I would recommend this to people who are looking for better price.

If the wind from the Gaziabad dumpyard is blowing towards you, then entering or existing the hotel is a bad bad experience!
Once inside the smell is not an issue. Rest all is good, clean tidy room.
Another issue, outside food not allowed.

Where do I start. Firstly, this should not be designated as a 4-star hotel. It is far from that. If it had called itself a 3-star I would probably be more forgiving for some of the problems I faced. To start off, the AC did not work in my room and it took over an hour and several calls (at one point had to let it ring for about 10 minutes to get an answer) to get someone to come look at the AC and it still didn’t get repaired. The room was 77-78 degrees all night, so I wasn’t able to sleep very well. Also the pillows are among the lowest quality I’ve ever seen at a radisson property. Very underwhelming. Then to make things a bit worse there was no hot water! While the water pressure was good, the lack of hot water is unforgivable in a 4-star property. Also, no toilet paper in the room, no shaving kit, no slippers. The food arrived fairly quickly and tasted ok, but the price was almost double what I was paying at a 5-star recently. I paid over 1,100 INR for chicken wala (no bread or rice) and a soda. Again, very underlweming. WiFi also was hit-or-miss, only worked late late at night. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Didn’t get good sleep, couldn’t take a nice shower, and had to deal with a humid room. Not a good experience. Also, notice how filthy the sofa in reception is. That should’ve been my warning.

We came for a dinner buffett. The food was so amazing. Each dish prepared by chef was lip smacking. Service provided by Mr Z Ahmed and Mayank was heart warming. They both attended us really well and we literally felt like it was the best decision to have our dinner at the restraunt. We highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for good food and amazing experience. I wish them good luck.

Great service and decent breakfast spread with staff being attentive on requests from guests. Rooms are clean and reasonably of good standard. Recommend the hotel and restaurant if in area.

It was value for money with courteous staff good hospitality and and above all excellent customer care and security services. Only concern is location is bit interior and need to locate it. Priyadarshini was very helpful and professional in taking good care of customer and well trained as well. Overall good place to revisit

Nice food and room.. ambience is pleasant.. all and all it was a nice and comfortable stay.. buffet food was very tasty.. quick service and tasty food .. the staff is cooperative and helpful .. it is a must stay place for everyone especially for families..

The hotel is overall good with good rooms. Ambience is good and staff are corddial. The in dining restaurant RBG is very good. Priyadarshini in restaurant was very polite, helpful and coordinative with me during stay. Overall good services and would recommend for stay!

The stay was very nice and prerna,Vaibhav, Nausheen,saiyed helped us very much for everything. Overall it was a great experience and staff was very cooperative and Surender sir from luggage department was also very helpful in keeping the luggage
