When I booked I was informed of the room that I was paying for and did not receive it. When I said something at check in it was completely dismissed. Once I got to my room was very dark and not cleaned the way it should be. A few things did not work and it took them quite a while to fix it. Splatter stains on the wall, the microwave was horrible. The rooms were very dark especially the bathroom. The bathroom shower only had half of a door so while taking a shower you are freezing due to having the air on. The resort was very pretty but very large and not easy to get around, It took me over a half hour just to find my room coming back from the one pool. ( Everything looks the same ) There were no cabs outside like told, when you ask for a cab to come there were many people outside waiting already so it was quite a wait. The bellman was hardly out front, I was late for a dinner reservation due to this situation. I'm not want to complain but I was highly disappointed, I come down to a Aruba often and I've never had his problem before at any resort that I stayed at.
