Stayed here for a night and had a good experience. Clean and modern rooms, quiet and friendly and proffessional staff. Te location between city and airport is quite good, there are restaurants and bars nearby, but you're in the city center quite fast, too. Bus, tram and train stop nearby. An Uber Ride to the airport wasabou 15€ in the morning. Only minus is the closed restaurant and bar.

Hello Travellers, been there 4 nights in December22, its a nice hotel, staff is helpfull, speak other languages!. The rooms are clean, spacious anda if you dont want separate beds you must specify at check-in. Breakfast is good, variety of things as a normal Hotel has. (7am till 11:00) You have vending machines For water, snacks etc, for water verify it because they love sparkling water. Arriving from airport you can catch S11 a train to Derendorf if you look you will see Mac donalds as reference to trainstop and leave station. Location is very good 5 min walk to several transportations (Bus, Tram) to city center (Hauptbanhof) is central station for buses and tram, from there you can go city center easily walking and siteseeing. You have plenty of shops (Königsallee) Lux, Sorry Guys!, But you can go walking from Hauptbanhof easy!! In Hauptbanhof you can catch fast trains to Colone/Bonn etc its really fast (20 min). You can buy a group Ticket for example for 24 hours and its valid for all trasportation in dusseldorf except trains for other citys. Explore Old Town! (Altstadt) Its a secure city at least we didnt felt any kind of danger!. Hope you enjoy it ! And dont forget to give a thumbs up!

The hotel is conveniently located with BAB nearby and access to public transport. Hotel safe parking is available and free for hotel guests. The rooms are very clean with renovation and are in good condition. All available what it needs, Internet, TV flat screen, very comfortable beds. The owners are very friendly and helpful in questions. Breakfast is properly with all necessary things for a hotel in this class. If again in Düsseldorf then like again. Neither far from the airport and yet very quiet rooms

The hotel is good, rooms and breakfast. The service is unfortunately not so great. On the homepage it says you can be ready to book without problems. Unfortunately you cannot call directly at the hotel, just a service hotline. The first rebooking took a very long time and the second is not completed yet. To book again in only tab and then the other booking would be cancelled in HUB. I don't think that is very good and that is poor service.
