It's a quaint hotel with individually designed rooms in a cute neighborhood only steps from the Rhein. I was past of a large group of friends that booked the majority of rooms for one night. While my room was nice, clean and perfectly comfortable, one friend had a room in the annex building and it had not been cleaned thoroughly at all - layer of dust in various places, fingerprints on water glass and faucet. Also, the cleaning crew knocked on her door at 7:30 AM on a Sunday. Not acceptable, in our book. Also, while I understand the challenges of hosting a larger group of friends that may have had some additional demands, the staff was visibly annoyed by it and extremely unfriendly. Considering the business we brought to them in one swoop, I would have expected a more service-oriented attitude from the hotel staff.

Warning: Outrageous Experience at Hotel Ashley's Garden I am absolutely furious about my recent reservation at Hotel Ashley's Garden. This establishment charged my credit card a whopping $6000+ through ***********, and their response, or rather lack thereof, has left me seething with anger. This is nothing short of outright fraud! Be warned, future guests, this hotel's shady billing practices are beyond unacceptable. Stay away unless you want to endure a nightmarish experience that could cost you dearly. ---

The hotel is located in a really quiet residential area just outside the city center. Very helpful and friendly staff. The building obviously isn't new, and upon arrival I was a bit worried - but that wasn't necessary at all! Everything was really clean and cozy. The only downside for me was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. We had dinner with a group of 10 in the restaurant, and that was also really good. Overall service and customer orientation is top notch. Breakfast is maybe a bit basic, but still very good. If you come by car: plenty of free parking space in front of the hotel.

Cadre charmant dans quartier résidentiel. Le chant des oiseaux est omniprésent. Cuisine délicieuse ! Chambre très propre avec literie de bonne qualité. Personnel accueillant et bienveillant. Dans le cadre de ce déplacement professionnel, j'ai apprécié la proximité avec le centre des congrès. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

25 jan aanbod oud directeur/eigenaar geaccepteerd om ons bezoek dag uit te stellen en zijn aanbod voor een grote kamer te accepteren . Voorts direct per email bevestigd. Bij aankomst bleek er geen boeking te zijn omdat ze dachten dat mijn email fake was.. Wat eens schande. De mooie grote kamer werd een nogal kleine maar nette kamer. Om 18.30 bij terugkomst van de Messe, werd om betaling verzocht. De overeengekomen prijs zou volgens de receptie zonder ontbijt zijn en dus moest bijbetaald worden. Toen ik verwees naar mijn bevestiging per email van alle details, bleef de receptioniste volhouden dat zij niet geantwoord hadden en dat mijn prijs niet klopte, op onbeschofte wijze behandeld. Toen ik op het punt stond om dan naar een ander hotel te gaan, kwam Mr Krewerth plotseling tevoorschijn en meldde dat alles wel in orde was. De sfeer was goed verpest en nog meer omdat de om 13.00 uitgezochte tafel voor het restaurant s'avonds bezet bleek. Interne communicatie blijkt dus ook goed te falen. Diner peperduur maar uitstekend. Ontbijt erg eenvoudig. Enfin nooit meer hier boeken. Wat een grap Drs E

Ein tolles kleines Hotel mit dem gewissen Etwas. Individuell verschieden eingerichtete Zimmer, gemütlicher Restaurant und Barbereich und ein toller kleiner Garten mit Pool. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut, das Abendessen konnten wir leider nicht probieren, da es eine geschlossene Gesellschaft / Hochzeit im Hotel gab und dadurch eine Reservierung im Restaurant nicht möglich war.

sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal auf jeder Ebene, super gemütlich eingerichtet und das Wiener Schnitzel ist eine Sensation, habe mich nach 3 Wochen gleich nochmals eingebucht. Parkplätze direkt vor der Türe und fussläufig zur Messe, selten so gut in einem Hotel geschlafen
