Hotels with Bars in Dusseldorf

I always stay here. The breakfast and location are really great.its very clean as well but not that many amenities. This time slippers were not available and the check in was digital.

Hotel reception is very busy but very nice to my kid. He gave us all ice pops which is so friendly. The breakfast is super nice which is better than normal German breakfast. But the waffle take long time to queue. Other than that, this is a super good hotel

The hotel is right next to the main train station of Düsseldorf, just a 5-minute walk away. Very convenient! The room is also very large and clean, but changing towels and adding paper towels require special instructions to the front desk. The mattress is quite comfortable, but the pillow is a bit loose. I did not use the hotel swimming pool and sauna for personal reasons, so I cannot provide relevant comments.

The facilities and infrastructure are new and nice. Except that we asked for room cleaning service from the reception, but the room was not cleaned when we were back, and no good reason for that. Also there was a bug, maybe cockroach, in the bathroom. Not very pleasant to see it. But in general it was nice, the reception staff was very nice.

Suitable for business travel.. The hotel is in a very convenient location.. Except for being a little old, everything else is good

location is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

The buffet average, cold cut, scrambled eggs and bread. The location is nearby, 5mnts walk but with large luggage for 10 minutes. We got the luggage trolley from the hotel way back to the station & returned it of course which made our lives easier.

Environment: You can turn three stops at King's Avenue Station, and then walk about 10 minutes to the hotel. It is surrounded by parks, main roads, and DM is far away. Hygiene: When you check in, you will ask whether you want to clean tomorrow or clean it once a few days. Service: The service staff are not bad, the ~ is set by Ctrip, there is no IHG membership treatment, the breakfast variety is quite rich. Facilities: There was a problem with Room 145 on the first floor at the beginning, and the wall would ring in the middle of the night... The room was changed later.

Everything went so well! I just love this hotel so much. Perfect location within 5minutes walk to a metro station and ten minutes walk to train station. You just can go almost anywhere you want conveniently! And the room is clean and warm. Recommend it.
