Great place, sure its a little dated but the staff were all great and very helpful. Its tucked away a bit and is very quiet. It is a large space with a lot of green areas and places to relax on the grounds. The front desk were always smiling and outgoing, breakfast was great and priced very reasonable. I recommend the hotel

Quiet. Comfortable. Welcoming. Couldn’t say enough good things about this experience. Highly recommend this hotel. I know they are undergoing renovations but I hope they don’t renovate away the quaint, comfortable feeling this tucked away property offers.

My family just had a wonderful two-day stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Tobias Chadwick, front desk staff, was extremely friendly and helpful. He checked us in and it went very smoothly. After checking out (and already halfway back to Maryland), we realized we left a couple items in our room. Tobias found our items and they are already being shipped back to our house. I highly recommend this hotel.

In order to catch the plane near the airport, the hotel was changed. The night before, I repeatedly confirmed that I needed to go to the airport at 5 am the next morning. The front desk said that it was definitely possible. It had been arranged, but I arrived at the front desk at 5 am the next morning. The driver was not there. The front desk said that she didn't know where the driver was, saying that she would contact the driver again. I didn't call the message, I waited for a long time and there was no news. I was speechless. I could make an appointment with an Uber car to the airport. I didn't apologize at all! There is nothing around the hotel ～

The room is relatively small

Most value for the dollar in the area. Clean, modern, efficient rooms, generous breakfast area, helpful staff. Interior corridors, several amenities, convenient location and well kept grounds. Rooms on the back side may be quieter. No smoke odors, stains, worn or broken appliances or fixtures. A step up from the cheap places without breaking the bank. Instant access to Interstate 40 westbound, eastbound traffic has to go down one exit. Recommended.

Staff were amazing! Jordan the night representative was amazing and very accommodating based on what he was able to provide. He was able to help with a room selection that was better accessible for my 88 year old grandfather. We did have a mishap with our room where the lightbulb in bathroom was out. Due to late hour (we arrived after 9pm) the tech was gone for the night, so Jordan updated our room, however and I did mention this to him, the new room smelled like mildew and the carpet looked like a crime scene. There was literally stains everywhere and hair on the bathroom floor. The sheets had weird brown stains on them and apparently my grandfather’s room sheets also had a huge yellow stain on them that had to be switched out. We were in town from New York for a funeral for a family member so we did not have the time to change the room again since we were leaving the following day, but staying in that room felt very disgusting and NOT what was expected based off of the previous reviews. Also the phones in all rooms did not work and our clock in our room did not work. I specified all of these details to the manager the next morning before we left for the funeral including asking to have the room cleaned, which she apologized for and stated they would take care of it. Came back and nothing was cleaned or replaced (no new toilet paper, garbage still full and no replacement towels. Had to go back downstairs that evening when we got back) We had other family members staying in the Sonesta Morrisville location that we had to visit and that location was a complete 180 versus this poorly updated location. Sonesta keep hiring similar professional front desk staff like Jordan, but your house keeping staff and the location’s rooms needs a complete overhaul redo ASAP! Truly feel nasty after having to stay in that room and do not ever plan on staying in this hotel again.
