The parking lot is not small, the environment is good, the museum is opposite the hotel, it seems not open, the breakfast is basic

Very satisfied. The hotel lobby is brilliant and beautiful. The rooms are clean and tidy. Will come to experience the residence again. I did not expect the hardware environment to be so good when I booked the hotel. The restaurant is also very beautiful, but the serving speed is a bit slow

I went out to play with my family and I was pleasantly surprised to meet this hotel. Very good value for money. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The bed in the room is very soft.

The overall facilities are pretty good in the county seat, with convenient transportation, larger rooms, and good room upgrades. Breakfast is average. Children’s breakfast is a bit unpleasant.

晚上進屋發現少水 送來了 發現沒牙刷 送來了 發現沒手紙 送來了 發現沒吹風機 送來了 而且每次服務員送東西來的時候都問 還缺什麼？還缺什麼我還要問你呢 怎麼那麼搞笑 這是收拾過的屋子麼 要啥沒啥 最後竟然發現被子都沒有 然後不知道從哪個屋子裡扒拉來倆臟被子 又是頭髮又是毛 真的是無語到家了
這服務 這態度 這衞生 700多的這價格 別住就對了

超級差評，開了兩間房，一間紗窗壞的，一間沒換床單被罩，還有上一個客人住的牙膏都在地上，紗窗壞的重新換了一間，結果衞生間還沒打掃，上一個客人留下的香皂，問前台衹是説知道了，退房時都沒人去打掃，估計是想一起打掃了

雖然看着挺高大上的，但屋裡也都是壞的，空調下面一個盒子都掉下來半拉，床上一掀開被子還有細毛兒。那食堂環境不錯，但吃的有限，不像第一天住的龍棲灣樣式多，吃得多。服務員也是跟**似的，就去兩天回來的時候不開心🫤不是***，是一點兒都不像五星級酒店😂

每次進草原多倫都是第一個落腳點，多倫諾爾大酒店也是每次必選。早餐豐富，房間寬敞，床品乾淨舒適。配上草原的清涼總讓人對後面的行程充滿期待。
今年7號入住8號離店，離店時落下一件外套，整個出遊期間都沒有意識到。直到12日回到北京才發現，抱着試探的心情給酒店打了電話，前台劉帥先生接了電話，詢問細節後很快回電告訴我們找到了衣服，並主動安排順風寄回。原本我們都不抱希望的外套，就這麼找回來了。再一次對劉帥先生的協助表示感謝！希望來年入暑時，我們能在多倫當面致謝！ 祝酒店生意興隆，有劉帥這樣的員工酒店的好評會越來越多！

多倫也沒啥好酒店,這家湊合,從樓和房間看,當初的定位比較高,後期維護不到位,前台也不專業.房間特別暖和不用擔心,冬天睡覺要開窗户,十分不低碳...
