I checked in after a long holiday and there was almost no one there. The hotel is relatively new, the room facilities are pretty good, and the surrounding area is quiet and not noisy. The shortcoming is that the location is a bit far from the city. The drive back from the city at night is dark. There are very few staff. Although they are not enthusiastic, they answer all questions and their tone is gentle. However, I just feel that something is missing and the communication is a bit awkward. Embarrassing 😅

It was my first time to travel to Dunhuang and I chose this hotel. I stayed for a week. It was really a plus for the trip. The hotel environment is clean and has a retro resort style. The dishes prepared by the chef are really good and very cost-effective. The mutton must be given a thumbs up👍👍👍

The hotel is very big! The room is very spacious and new, the hardware facilities are very good, and the service staff is warm and considerate. What is more shocking is that you can see such good greenery in the northwest. The green garden scenery is so beautiful. You can see the mountains behind Mingsha Mountain from the hotel , the garden scenery from a distance is so beautiful that people can’t help but take a few more photos.

The hotel management staff have no sense of service from top to bottom. When the double bed room they booked early arrived, they said they were no longer available. They made a mistake with the order quantity and directly gave them a twin room (there was only one light at the door of the newly renovated room). They all fell off, and the threads on the cabinet were directly visible. The safety factor can be imagined.) After nearly two hours of negotiation with the hotel, Ctrip customer service gave us a new double bed room. I would like to express my praise and thanks to the Ctrip guy! After changing rooms, there was no hair dryer. I asked for it four times starting from the morning the next day. Finally, I slowly went to the ba*****t to get one. I was really speechless. The bathroom in the changed room, maybe because it was just my first stay, had no smell on the first night, but there was some smell on the second day, and on the third day the smell returned, making my mouth and nose tremble! The washing machine is almost miniature and cannot be used for spin drying. I just give up machine washing and wash it by hand. Breakfast quality, haha~

After checking in, the air conditioner in one room was not cooling. We went to the front desk three times to report the situation, but it was still not resolved. We went to the manager and said we could only change rooms. The problem was solved after changing rooms twice. Room phone number It is in name only. The front desk phone is always out of order. It is a hotel with no sense of service at all. It affects my mood and destroys the beautiful image of Dunhuang in my heart. It is a very bad experience.

The room is quite nice and the service is also very good. It is recommended that the bed sheets be changed for the customers who are continuing to stay. Most of the people who come here have gone to the desert, so there will inevitably be sand on the bed.
