Had to stay here because I had a connecting flight at 5pm the next day. I'm pretty sure I felt something crawling on me while I was asleep, I was so traumatized, I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep. I left that room way before check out time...

I recently stayed at this Hotel and unfortunately encountered a disappointing experience that left me feeling disheartened. The receptionist at the hotel was unhelpful and lacked professionalism, failing to provide help and creating an unwelcoming first impression. Throughout my stay, the staff exhibited a distinct lack of friendliness and attentiveness, contributing to a somber and unwelcoming atmosphere.
Despite addressing my concerns with the reception , no action was taken to resolve the customer service issues, which further added to my disappointment. The cumulative effect of the unhelpful receptionist, unfriendly staff, left me with a sense of melancholy. The hotel's failure to provide a warm and welcoming environment detracted significantly from the overall guest experience. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to restore guest satisfaction in the future.
