Good place

Good service and bar area with TV showing football but TV in rooms had no channels, sink kept filling up with water, and carpet could be a bit cleaner. Comfy bed and clean bed.

Great stay

Hotel itself if nice. Walls are very thin, our bed which wasn't attached the wall moved when the people next door were **********.

Not value for money at all! Lifts were broken I had noise from smokers until midnight out of the fire exit and a crying brat across the hall! No fridge or phone for £135 room I expect that at least! Room was cold had noisy heater on all night. Would not recommend at all!

Disappointing food, pricey drinks, little soundproofing in rooms.

It was pretty clean, the bed was very comfy. Although the mugs in the room were dirty and at 10 o’clock on our first morning we had house keeping banging on our door shouting at us that check out is at 11 even though we weren’t due to check out on that morning? Other than that, the front desk staff were helpful and we had a nice stay.

Very welcoming staff easy process

Shocking stay, loud music pumping out until after 1am !! Toilet taking forever to fill the cistern, not acceptable ! Room Doors made to slam so women throughput by loud residents returning to room !!

We were allocated a disabled room when we had not booked it. Everything thing in the bathroom very low, very little lighting in the bathroom -cannot do make up at all or see anything the mirror. The extractor fan in the bathroom not working and ceiling above shower mouldy. Poor bathroom conditions. We were not expecting this low level of standard from a village hotel that was not cheap. Very disappointed.

This was a really good hotel to stay in with the family whilst visiting the Black Country Museum.

Big but friendly hotel, good check it, nice room hot day both windows opened and high quality fan, very powerful shower and very comfortable bed, Wi-Fi’s a bit hit n miss on the room tv only got bbc channels, breakfast again excellent great choice but no black pudding in the black county (criminal) definitely use again tho if visiting for another gig

Premier inn standard rooms. Bar food no better than Wetherspoons, but sold at Hilton prices. Have to check yourself in, and even print your own room key. No personal touch at all. Staff were friendly enough when one could be found. Got ripped off, nearly £20 for a large coke and 2 pints. Better booking a nice pub with cosy rooms.
