Hotel Perla delivered exactly what was promised plus friendly and helpful staff. On arrival we were provided a great map and the answers to a million questions. The room was compact but had everything needed plus a roomy balcony with a view including a peak of the Adriatic Sea. Hotel Perla is perfectly located so close to beaches, food and drinks within five metres of the front door all the way down to the beaches. A supermarket and chemist in easy walking distance. A cheap Uber ride away and you can be at the Old City with the crowds. Or remain near the hotel in the less crowded and more relaxed part of Dubrovnik.

Great location, 5 to 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Ten minutes in an Uber to the old town. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Very clean, nicely decorated, with very good staff service. Ana, the receptionist was very helpful and efficient.

Excellent location, few metres from the Sunset beach, the restaurants and bars, as wells as the bus stop to the old town. The breakfast and restaurant is also very good. In fact, everything is great, specially the staff. Thank you to all, namely to Anna who helped me plan everything.

It was very nice location! We could go to the sea on foot for a few minutes. The room was clean, but you can't see the sea from the room. The stuff also very friendly. The breakfast was tasty!

My husband and I stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights, it is excellently located with lots of bars and restaurants all around it. We had a room at the front of the hotel and can say we couldn’t hear any noise from the street. The rooms have everything in them that you would want including a small fridge. The breakfast for us was the only negative as nothing was cooked to order so the bacon, eggs etc were just left in big silver canteens and were just lukewarm, they do cook to order as people not staying in the hotel were coming in for breakfast but if you order this you have to pay extra. Overall a lovely stay the staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful

The room was perfect and the deck was lovely, very well situated to the old city and beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the omelette’s for breakfast were delicious, we strongly recommended this hotel.

We stayed here for two nights and had an excellent stay. We had a triple room and it was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is first-class, really close to Sunset Beach and lots of great restaurants on the street. It was also easy to access Old Town from the bus stop nearby. We had lunch at the hotel's Agora restaurant and the food was delicious. We also appreciated the effort the team made to suggest vegetarian-friendly options for our meal. The team at the hotel were really welcoming - shout-out to Ana in reception who was very friendly and helpful; she also gave us many great tips that helped us get the most out of our time in Dubrovnik. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay also for a longer period, we stayed 5 nights. Personnel was very nice and also location is perfect next to the beach and close to bus station. With bus it takes some 15min to city centre. Quiet rooms abd also breakfast was good enough.
