The hotel is conveniently located near the Jervis light rail station, with a supermarket and shopping mall nearby. However, the duvet cover was too small, leaving about 20cm of the duvet exposed. The drain in my room was clogged with a lot of hair. Also, there was no toilet paper in our quad room, and it wasn't replaced. The room wasn't cleaned daily; it seemed like they only tidied up whenever they remembered.

Great location, and being new, it's very clean. Plus, it's quite affordable. Would recommend!

The hotel is quite nice, especially for couples. Check-in was fully self-service using a machine downstairs, which was really convenient and quick – no waiting in line. The room was clean, and each one has a private bathroom and toilet. What's great is that the toilet and shower are separated, which is very practical.

I wasn't a big fan of the self-service aspect; there wasn't really a good common area to socialize and meet people. It's probably best suited for those who prefer to keep to themselves. The location is excellent though, just a 10-minute walk to the airport train station.

The hotel is in the city center. It's a 10-minute walk from the Dublin Express airport bus stop. There are many bus options nearby to get to other attractions, and most Galway tour group meeting points are also in this area. The bathrooms and showers are very clean, and the staff cleans them frequently. The only downside is that accommodation prices in Dublin are generally very expensive.
