The room is spacious and beautiful. The service is on top. The girls at the reception are Russian-speaking, it was pleasant to communicate with them. The cleaning was done well, all linen and towels are clean. Breakfast offers a large selection of fresh food, anyone will find what they prefer. The gym is good, the new exercise machines work great. The spa is also up to par, a beautiful cozy Jacuzzi, Hamam and sauna, towels are provided both in the spa and in the gym. A big plus is that you can take towels in a beach bag to the beach. There is a free shuttle to the beach (3-5 minutes to go), but we often went to the beach on foot (15 minutes by walking). An adapter for an outlet is provided in the room. The only small minus is that the lighting in the mirror is not bright and it is not very convenient to use the ironing in the mirror. We lived on the 27th floor, the view from the windows is beautiful. Many thanks also to the site for its low cost compared to other sites. At the entrance, they paid a tourist tax as I understood 100 dirhams for 5 nights. They also made a deposit of 200 dirhams, which is returned when leaving for towels.

The service is really rubbish. I stayed here for 12 days on a business trip. The first 4 days were an order for a superior room. I was not familiar with it when I first arrived. I thought it was because there were no slippers or toothbrush. As a result, I placed an order for an ordinary standard room. After I went in, I found out, hey, there are slippers and toothbrush sets, the place to store luggage is super spacious, the wardrobe is also very large, and the windows can still be opened. Then, I brought a doll, and it is always on the bed when I leave every day. Is it in the way? Every time you throw it in the corner of the suitcase, only once or twice it is placed on the bed. My wife and I stayed at the Grosvenor House for only 1-night during our stopover in Dubai for our honeymoon. We arrived at the hotel at 7:00am after taking a redeye flight and were exhausted. The reception staff was very friendly and worked diligently to get us into the first available room and a complimentary upgrade. The concierge was also helpful in planning activities and providing recommendations. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had an excellent variety of food options. The pool area is nice and relaxing and perfect way to cool off from the heat. We went to Buddha-Bar for dinner/drinks and it was a fun experience with delicious food, and located in the hotel. The location was great since you can walk around the marina in the evening and watch all the boats. We also had cocktails at Bar 44 to end the night. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend the Grosvenor House.

Wanted to stay in the Marina area due to business commitments and local knowledge. Decided on this hotel due to its excellent location next to the DMCC metro station (approx 200m). Hotel is modern and clean/tidy. Rooms are large and well equipped (tea and coffee making facilities in the room). Staff are very friendly. Breakfast restaurant becomes very crowded from 9.30am with tourist guests but otherwise fine. Great value for money and highly recommended!

The first shock is that we had booked one apartment with 2 bedrooms, so the reception guy requested us to pay Dubai tourist visa for 2 apartments so we had to pay 40 AED for a night and in total, we paid 480 AED for one apartment and the funniest is his explanation 'Madam, this is Dubai Marina hotel, not Al Barsha', Really darling! I stayed in Palm 5*star hotels, and JBR 5* hotels, there did not take so much money and I am not talking even about services. Ok let's think it is hotel business, but how can you explain when we go to the apartment and find only 2 towels for 4 people and a lot of such failed things))The Internet is working badly and so on. Dear management, it is your fault, not your workers, so hope you will make it better. But the restaurant staff and other workers really tried to do their best.

The staff is efficient and check in was easy and quick. The location is great and you can walk to everything in the Marina area to include the beach in 15 minutes max. We had the efficiency room with a normal sized refrigerator, hot plates, microwave, and wash machine which is great if you don't want to eat out every meal. The rooms were very clean and the quality and condition of the linens and towels was very good. Overall, a great value for the money, especially when compared to some other hotels in the same area. The breakfast is okay. It is located downstairs in a restaurant with a great view of the Marina and outdoor seating which is nice. The service was excellent, but the food is basic and you get only what is on the menu once. It is not a buffet or get as much as you want kind of breakfast.
